I would highly recommend the team at Philip Booth - and that’s saying something as my normal experience of estate agents isn’t great! The whole team are so efficient, knowledgeable about the area/market and honestly their customer service was amazing. I had a tricky personal situation with my sale and they all went over and above to help me where they could. Big shout out particularly to George who did lots of background work and Emma and Phil you know you’re just great!

I met with a couple of estate agents prior to putting my house on the market. I chose Phillip Booth to sell for me as he wasn't pushy like the other salesmen and had the personal touch. He was so calm throughout the whole (very stressful due to circumstances beyond his control) process and kept me informed about what was happening. The communication was excellent which managed my expectations, allowed me to plan and kept my anxiety to a minimum. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling. Thanks Phil (& Emma!) x
