She has consistently found me outstanding tenants for my properties and always manages the process in an exemplary fashion. I have also had the good fortune to work alongside Becky @ Penny and Sinclair when I helped them with property management for a few months in 2023.
Becky is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, driven and extremely good at her job. If you’re thinking of letting a property you won’t find anyone better to deliver the result you are looking for. 10!

Horrendous letting service; do not use. They ignore client emails, charge renewal fees without conducting standard tenant checks. Have to be prompted to carry out property inspections. Baffled they can’t get the basics right.

James sold our house during COVID-19 lockdown, in an off the open market, private sale and achieved the asking price.
Is there any more that needs saying?
Of course I could highlight how both James and Becky are always willing to step in and offer advice, how they managed to keep the housing chain on track, despite some unavoidable last minute date changes. They even stepped in to find a professional cleaning company after a let-down the weekend before completion.
In summary I have no hesitation in recommending James and Becky at Penny & Sinclair for selling your home – It’s well worth speaking to James if you are thinking of buying as your ideal home may never hit the open market!

I have only has excellent experiences with P&S and specifically Becky. She is an excellent estate agent who valued my property a year or so ago. Recently I needed to rent it out very quickly. She remembered me and my circumstances and guided me through the process and found me a tenant within 3 weeks. She's not your typical estate agent shes highly professional, not pushy, provided me with all the information I needed in layman's terms. Next time I need anything property wise I'll be going straight to Becky.

My husband and I found the the Henley team extremely helpful in all aspects when looking for property, as were new to the area. We had the pleasure of dealing with Libby Foxberry, viewings were very well accompanied often at very short notice.
