We mainly dealt with Knight Frank Henley in our search for a property, the "forever home". They seemed to have the best properties and the best selection of properties in the Henley area. We mainly dealt with Matt Davies who was calm, responsive, personable and not at all 'salesy'. He went above and beyond to make sure the sale went ahead to the agreed timeframe and managed the relationship between vendors and buyers very well.
We also dealt with Nick Warner and Alexander Risdon at other points, who were always a pleasure to view properties with. In the past, my husband & I have always found estate agents to be too salesy and not seem to understand (or want to understand) what we were looking for / being too pushy etc (sorry EAs!). However since dealing with Matt, Nick & Alexander (and our own exceptional agent in London) we have changed our minds! Special mention has to go to Karen Michael, who, right at the beginning of our search, during the 2nd lockdown was also really helpful and took time to listen and understand our needs.

Having had our property on the market for approximately 6 months, we were struggling to engage with potential buyers, so looked further to the market.
After putting the feelers out to a few more agencies and meeting with various negotiators, we met with Matthew Mannall and decided we would look no further than Knight Frank (Henley).
Right through from the offer we accepted through to final negotiations (and these were pretty lengthy and detailed), we found Matthew and his team at the Henley office to be nothing but personal, proactive and professional in everything thing they did to ensure our sale was seamless and a success.
