The Knight Frank sales team in Henley have shown a tremendous level of commitment, knowledge and level of service to the sale of my property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or use them again.
EXCELLENT in every way, professional, efficient, realistic, warm, friendly with a great result. Charlotte and Phoebe make an outstanding team at Henley on Thames,.
I just have to say a big thank you to the team at Chancellors (Robert, Callum and Louise) for making the process of selling our house and buying another property so much better and easier than we could have hoped for! They were always on hand to quickly and thoroughly respond to all our questions and queries and proactively kept us informed at every stage. Throughout the whole process they showed high levels of knowledge, expertise and professionalism and we are hugely grateful to Robert for his experienced and steady negotiation skills. It was such a relief to be able to trust them to just get on with it and do the best possible job for us. We are very happy to recommend the team at Chancellors, they really are excellent.
Can't believe how incompetent this company is! They've been ringing my private number for a year now in spite of not being interested in buying or selling or even being in the area! Several demands to remove my data have come to nought. They think I am someone else and clearly they are not serving that customer well either. How many numbers do they have left that I can block?
Alex in the lettings department has been superb throughout our tenancy. She has been very efficient and her customer service is great. Strongly recommended!
Proceed with caution or even better - avoid at all costs. I took on a property through Savills Henley on Thames, to experience every imaginable problem, all within just 6 month of tenancy. Environmental Health now called in which has injected a little life into Savills, Henley on Thames. Savills Henley of Thames pass all responsibility to landlord and will not accept any responsibility, although Savills Henley on Thames took a healthy introduction fee from me, receive a monthly rental and charge the landlord a management fee. Landlords & tenants, look elsewhere. If there was a 'star' for 'health warning' I would have selected.
Tracie Douglas-Jones leads the way when it comes to managing property whilst looking after landlord and tenants interests too. Personally, I cannot praise Tracie enough especially a few months ago when major work needed doing and there were up to 6 people on-site for over a week. Tracie's entirely no nonsense "firm but fair" approach ensured the work was done to a high standard with a bare minimum of fuss, if any at all. 5 stars for Tracie in my book
Horrible company to deal with, sadly they do monopolise the lettings in the area so we had to deal with them. All very nice at the start but extremely high fees and once they had them they are rude and very unhelpful.
I recently let a property from Peers & Hilton and I had a fantastic experience. Specifically Rachael was super helpful and she made the whole process super straight forward and she helped me handle all of the paperwork. Will definitely be using them again when I'm back in the area!
Do not use these guys!!!
In my opinion they are professional swindlers. Example: when I exited the flat they charged me for detergent being in the detergent tray declaring it as "soiled". From my experience the head of lettings didn't have a clue what he was doing and the director was evasive and incompetant. Their fees are way too high and their actual service throughout tenancy was non existent. You have been warned.
