21st Jul 2024 (5 mo. ago)TENANTS BEWARE OF SCAM ...! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT.. During the process of getting a property to rent from b&k estates.As usual I went to see the property and I like it then paid a holding deposit. Sana or Ana asked me bunch of documents for reference and I provided all of them. I paid my deposit and they still listing the property..! By law they have to use money protection schemes but they DON`T use. When I asked them to refund my deposit back they were quiet. They Haven`t refund my deposit yet. DO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENT..!

Their communication was honest, transparent and yet friendly throughout. Richard, Marcus and Karen were excellent at driving our sale forward, whilst professionally managing our expectations. I would 100% recommend team Beville.

I found their services to be unreliable and inefficient, falling far short of what was promised and paid for. Communication has been poor, with delays and a lack of transparency in addressing issues. Tasks that were supposed to be handled professionally were either ignored or executed ineffectively, leaving me to resolve problems myself. Overall, I feel the service lacked honesty and reliability, which is unacceptable for a professional property management agency. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
