We were lucky enough to have PL&J acting as the Agents for the sellers in our recent purchase in Malvern. Every person we dealt with, whether in person or by email, was fantastic. Friendly, cheerful yet professional at all times. They made what can be a very stressful process less stressful with their calm and measured management. They kept us informed at all times and responded to enquiries at record breaking speed. Joe was especially helpful in the later stages.
I’m hoping I never have to move again but if I do I’ll be using Philip Laney & Jolly and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently purchased a property through PLJ, they have been one of the best estate agents we have dealt with through our the whole house search and buying process.
In particular, a huge amount of praise and credit should go to Mel who was delightful to deal with, realistic and understanding about the issues we were having further down the chain and never failed to keep her promises about calling back and keeping in touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if we ever come to sell our new house then I know who we will be using.

In spring 2024 Philip Laney & Jolly's Malvern office went above and beyond in the sale of my home in Malvern, especially when a long chain led to delays they helped to get things unstuck and moving again.
And their Worcester office were also excellent in the purchase of our new home in Worcester back in December 2023.

I've booked a viewing for a house on The Avenue, Welland ,Malvern before the lockdown and 1 hour before the viewing I received a call to be informed that it's cancelled because of COVID19 which is understandable . I wanted to view this property and was really interested and expressed my interest and asked that if anyone makes a offer I would like to have the chance to make a offer as well because I was very interested in the property . I was assured that I would be informed or when lockdown lifts I would be able to book a viewing.
Now this property is SOLD
How is this sold now , was it a game to put competition off ?
Only the owner of this house knows if he received the full amount that he was asking.
I was wrongly made to believe that all viewing and selling of houses are on STOP.
How is this fair?
I have been denied the viewing and you as a agency you didn't inform all interested parties in this property to be able to make a offer .
This is absolutely disgraceful..
If you are looking to buy a house I would strongly advise you to look somewhere else, not worth it to be messed around...

Your fees were worth every penny ..I definitely feel I got a better price than I would have selling through the online or 'virtual' estate agents .....so overall saved money by using you. I was looking for a property and found one that was reasonably priced near the good schools in Worcester. However when I looked at the extortionate fees this letting agent charge, it put me off completely and I opted for a different home.
If the government do end up taking tenant fees this overpriced joke will either close down or very quickly adjust their prices. If you can avoid there are plenty more letting agents which is tenant friendly
