Very pleased at how PLJ handled the marketing and sale of our property. It took barely 3 months from start to finish, was organised very efficiently and effectively and successfully concluded without any hitches. PLJ have managed our house a rental property for years now and both rental and sales have proved excellent. Highly recommended

Excellent service, I have dealt with a number of agencies over the last few years but Mel and Jacob have been a cut above the rest. Going out of their way with the early viewings then managing the sales process with excellent communication. Will certainly be my first port of call in the future.

My experience with Philip laney & jolly has been nothing but amazing and I couldn’t Recommend them enough Jacob and Mel have been incredible always helping us out and replying to emails really quickly and always being on hand to help us with any questions we ever had throughout our first experience buying a house thank you so much for helping us find our first ever. Excellent service from the team at Philip Laney and Jolly from start to finish with the sale of our mother's house following her death. Very understanding of the sensitive circumstances involving a probate sale especially as the property was now vacant. All viewings were vetted and undertaken personally by the agents. A quiet market in recent months but they were instrumental in helping us achieve an acceptable sale price.
