1st Aug 2024 (24 weeks ago)After viewing a number of properties through Engall Castle we finally purchased one with them. We found them, particularly Tom, to be very professional, knowledgeable, approachable and honest. You could tell that Tom really knew the ins and outs of each property we viewed and could answer all of our questions. No viewing ever felt rushed. Following our offer being accepted on one of the properties Engall Castle were very responsive whenever we had a query. Thank you Tom and the team!!

From the first management of the bidding process to the handover of the keys on completion Tom’s was a calm and reassuring voice. We are confident that he served the Vendors well but from the moment our offer was accepted we felt he was on our side too. The very few issues were smoothly managed. A personal touch throughout.
15th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

8th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)Very poor communications, we were always chasing them. They don't seem to know about things like Premium or Featured properties on Rightmove. They are too small and understaffed. You always get the answerphone when calling. I wonder if potential buyers get the same experience?

He kept me informed throughout the process and was always prompt at returning calls and providing updates with emails. 5th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend using John Goodwin to sell your house. The staff at the Upton branch were professional, friendly, reliable, attentive and caring at all times. Communication was excellent - eg they replied promptly to any messages and questions. A big plus was that they have a superb knowledge of the local market. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

14th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have recently used EmDot to sell my first property. As this was my first time moving, I was spending far too long thinking about it and not actually making any progress. After a quick conversation with Kate, she gave me all the confidence I needed to bite the bullet and get my property on the market. And now I find myself in my new home before Christmas, and I can't thank the whole team enough for all their amazing help, guidance and support. They were true to their word, and couldn't have made the process any easier or less stressful for me. Moving forward, if I needed an estate agent again, I wouldn't use anyone else. 3rd Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)I am writing a long review so that everyone get a full picture. Me and my wife moved to uk from bangladesh on march 23. Professionally we both are doctors. My wife got a job in hereford county hospital so we moved to hereford. Initially we had to stay in an accomodation because we couldn't rent any house without viewing. Being a resident in a 3rd world country little did we know about the uk system. Within a few weeks we got to know that we cant stay in that accomodation for long and we had to vacant the room. So we started searching to rent a property here. The real pain started then. I have to be honest here. While asking for viewing any property we felt like we r not welcome here and we r a pair of vigilant who fled from a jail. Everyone asking so many questions and at the end our request rejected as we didn't have any tenancy certificate or reference for minimum 1 year despite my wife working in NHS as a doctor. It got us worried and we felt like we made a crime coming here. As member of International medical graduates we also learned so many doctors having problems with their landlords which got us more worried. Still we kept searching for properties. One property we both liked on the west street under the banner of Sunderland properties. The hospital solicitor told me to go to their office and try to communicate. So i went to their office and expressed my interest. They said respective agent will contact me. I never had any hope of getting this high end property still i tried The next day I got and Email from Mr Phill from Sunderland hereford. Surprisingly after some conversation he gave us a viewing. I must say i was both amazed and hopeful again. At first meet I realized that Mr phill is soo friendly and helpful. Its like the opposite picture we have been getting and hearing from our colleagues. So after fulfilling all the formalities the landlord accepted us for renting the property. It was the most perfect apartment we can have in hereford. Since the begining Mr phill kept helping us in every possible way. He answered all my questions anytime i send him message or give him a call. He really changed my views in staying in uk and i realized that I am part of uk now. He never did any discrimination as we r not uk resident. We have been renting the house since may 23. Till now he helps us anytime we face any problem or ask any maintenance questions. Or freezer wasnt working this summer despite being a newly renovated question. The moment i informed Mr. Phill he booked a repair guy to look at it within 10 min. And within few days we got a new freezer replaced by them. I mean i never expected this kind of friendly service. I was scared that i might have to pay but surprisingly I didnt have to because the compressor failed. And Mr. Phil never asked us how did it happened or anything although we didn't do anything. Its like the best service we can ever hope for. I must say Mr Philip G Ashman from Sunderland is the best agent I might have met till now and I believe no one can surpass him in future because he is friendly, responsible and helpful in every possible way a tenant can for. To me he is the reason sundarland is getting 5star references from me.
20th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Nicol and Co. give you a 'ready to sell' booklet with lots of tips on how to set up your house for sale. You can pick and choose what you do or not do. They had our house up for sale, videoed and sold within two weeks. They also offer unique features like an in-house service to help get you ready to sell. They help you with your fixtures and fittings, boundaries. They will discuss your deeds, certificates and guarantees and warranties. All this takes the pressure off you finding our information when it becomes time-sensitive. They answer the phone when you call, they support the local community with donations. As a seller we got to choose a charity for £100 to go to. As a buyer they give out a welcome pack. Their costs are upfront and include all of the above. As a local family run business they can really give the big named agents a run for their money!

From the moment Zoe stepped foot through my front door she assured me that she and her team would give full attention to selling my family home of 25 years. Within 48 hours, 873 hits and multiple viewings my house has sold. Great work James and Emily on your professionalism and clearly doing a lovely job with the viewings. Please trust these guys they do what they promise and communicate well all of the time, nothing was too much trouble at all. Thanks all at Move Worcester.
22nd Dec 2024 (27 days ago)I would thoroughly recommend using Jones & Associates if you are moving house. We did with our move from Littleworth, Worcester and our agent was Lee Kloos . Lee supported us from the moment we asked for a valuation right through to moving in to our new property. She is an expert in the whole selling/buying process which resulted in us getting a sale within 3 days above the asking price. Lee is an excellent communicator and made sure we were in the loop at all times as well as being available to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel under any real stress during the move and this was solely down to Lee and her support. Couldn't have asked for any more!
