Appalling service. I tried to arrange a viewing of one property 4 times without success. Each time I was given a different reason why the viewing couldn't be arranged and told I would be phoned back. Needless to say no phone call was received.
On my last attempt to get a viewing I was told that the agents were closing offers on the property within 24hrs and that I would need to make a best and final offer that day to be considered.
Utterly hopeless and not the way to treat a cash buyer.
I cannot praise the Malvern office staff enough!! From my very first contact about selling my house all the way through to our completion day they were so extremely helpful and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention and praise must be given to Liz Tully who looks after, guides and supports both buyers and sellers once an offer has been accepted. She truly is a Wonder Woman! Whatever the delay or hitch that arrises in any part of the chains (above or below), she will chase solicitors, agents etc and keep things moving.
I have absolutely no hesitation in giving this company the highest recommendation.
A waste of time I booked an appointment yesterday with them and arranged to met outside Malvern Links rail station. However when I chose to phone up today I was told that"we don't that " by another women also as I was coming on foot they couldn't even drive me from one part of the town to another(for the next viewing) really unfriendly and unhelpful the worst kind of BS spouting agent you could hope to deal with. To reiterate if I hadn't phoned them I would have been left waiting outside ML non the wiser.
Really snide women who took the call this morning ,sounded like she was talking with a plum in her mouth half the time and was clueless in local geography. Obviously just another bunch of expedient opportunists.
Avoid , since you could not trust what they say.
Very good estate agent, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Small office that has comfy chairs and is clean and well lit. Dealing with them they were professional and efficient with good communication.
Thank you so very much PLJ for a very friendly and courteous and professional manner in the sales of both my house and that of my late mother everything went without a hitch unlike previous agents i have used I used their direct service which is outstanding value. I would highly recommend this company a special mention to Mel who was big support throughout
I was looking for a property and found one that was reasonably priced near the good schools in Worcester. However when I looked at the extortionate fees this letting agent charge, it put me off completely and I opted for a different home.
If the government do end up taking tenant fees this overpriced joke will either close down or very quickly adjust their prices. If you can avoid there are plenty more letting agents which is tenant friendly
Allan Morris Estate Agents, 3 Worcester Road, 3 Worcester Road
Having recently sold our house in Hanley Swan through Allan Morris, we would like to thank the entire team for their help and guidance through the process. Like all house sales, there were a number of challenges to overcome, and the staff at Allan Morris, in particular Lee Auckland, provided calm reassurance at all stages and ensured that we were kept up to date throughout. Their professionalism was outstanding. Thankyou to all.
We weren't sure whether we needed an estate agent to market a piece of prime building land that already had outline planning permission. But we are so glad that we did. It has taken a long time to complete a sale and it was down to Richard Ashton's perseverance, experience and knowledge that eventually got us there. He provided regular updates and offered sound advice in areas we had little or no experience off. He added value at every point and exceeded our expectations. He even managed to maintain a sense of humour throughout the long and often painful process. We would highly recommend Richard, and have just asked him to now sell our private property.
