Excellent service from the team at Philip Laney and Jolly from start to finish with the sale of our mother's house following her death. Very understanding of the sensitive circumstances involving a probate sale especially as the property was now vacant. All viewings were vetted and undertaken personally by the agents. A quiet market in recent months but they were instrumental in helping us achieve an acceptable sale price.
