Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and rude. When moving out I requested my deposit be returned to me and was screamed at down the phone by one of the agents. They deliberately ignore emails and phone calls and threaten legal action at any opportunity.... Read more

Phillips Estates were the property management company for a flat I rented in Tottenham Hale several years ago and were just outright useless. Incompetent, unpleasant, genuinely mean on an almost Dickensian slumlord level. I asked repeatedly for the name and address of the owner of my building, in writing, as was my legal right to do, and never once received it. I lived through broken boilers and repeated mail theft and not once did they express the slightest concern. If there is a hell, Ian Aarons and the rest of the team at Phillips will surely be there.... Read more

Avoid like the plague. We are tenants of theirs, and have been for two years. In that time they repeatedly lie to us over the phone. Our backdoor has been unable to close for months. We've sent 8 emails and called at least as many times. They promise they're "calling the builders and will call us back" and never do. Happy to take your money but refuse to do anything useful once you're with them. Won't fix anything, will send people rounn with a key unannounced as well, which is illegal.... Read more

I have let my property with Phillips Estates for many years. They let and managed my property leaving me to focus on my main job. They are reliable, efficient and operate both a professional and yet personal management style. Due to this approach the tenants and myself the landlord were left very happy. This meant I was fortunate to have longer lets. I was always provided with professional clients who were pleased with the way the flat was managed and therefore always paid the rent on time.I would recommend Phillips Estates services without reservation.
