I have used Oakwood for 20 years to manage the rental of my North London property. In all that time they have never let me down. Clare, who runs that department, is not only professional but just such a lovely person. As with any property there has been the occasional maintenance issue to resolve and they have always communicated promptly and dealt with it swiftly so my tenant has been inconvenienced as little as possible. The most dramatic of these instances was two weeks before Christmas a few years ago when the boiler broke down and needed replacing urgently. Their engineers not only completed the job in just a few days but the cost was deferred and deducted from my rental income over four months despite me not even requesting this. In my view this was just extraordinary service in this day and age. In short, I could not recommend them more highly.

I would like to amend my review from yesterday.( I was a little hot headed in something that I shouldn't be involved in) A charming lady from oakwood rang me twice to offer her apologies.the fault was all mine .hence the retraction and my apologies to any harm I may have coursed.

We recently used Oakwood to sell our flat in Stoke Newington. I cannot fault the service from start to completion, the professionalism is off the charts but the most important thing to us was their duty of care. Every email was answered immediately and they were always available to speak whenever we had any questions that needed answering. Big shout out to Jay and Dan for making sure that everything went smoothly and any issues that may have arose were dealt with and resolved so quickly we sometimes didn’t even know they had happened. We can’t recommend them enough.

We used Oakwood to sell a property for probate reasons. Jay came to provide a valuation and guidance as to the process. Dan then became involved in the viewings - we weren't local so he handled all of this.
With the realistic valuation and a good posting on their website including great pictures, the house sold very quickly. During the remainder of the process we got regular contact from both Jay and Dan and if we had any questions or left messages they were very prompt in responding.
All in all they were terrific and made the whole thing a lot easier for us as a family.

Jay and the Oakwood team have been a great help to me in selling our house. The process of my purchase took a long while and their patient and professional support in dealing with a stressful time is much appreciated.
