I have lived in my house for 22 years and it's being sold because of divorce. So where does one start? I started by calling all the agents in my area and booking valuations. I didn't read any reviews. I found the whole process rather distressing. Then in comes Sophie... Sophie actually liked my house and treated it like a treasured home rather than just another transaction. Now in truth, Sophie may not have liked my house but she was very professional but also kind. Within a few days Sophie brought Karen round to meet me and see the house as Karen would be the main person showing the house. The third member of the team Rikki I have only met once but has been really very helpful when I have called in to the office. My home was shown to two sets of people before the launch day. The day after it launched they had eight visits. The following day they had seven. The house was under offer within 4 days. My home is the first house I've bought and the only one I've sold. Sophie, Karen and Rikki have been very thoughtful towards me during the whole process. I've asked many many questions and they have always answered emails and messages the same day. These ladies really know their stuff and work cooperatively so the client is not left waiting if some one is out of the office. If you want good old courtesy and professional team to sell (or buy) your home this company won't dissapoint you.... Read more
