They made the most stressful thing we've ever done much less stressful than it could have been and supported us the whole way with a smile and courtesy. 19th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Avoid at all cost. If i could put 0 starts i would. Was a terrible streefull experience with them. The communication is utterly dreadful and was consistently told lies when i ask for updates. Even my solicitors advised me in the end to not speak to them as they are not very good and truthful. Utterly awful experience i would not wish on anyone when buying a property is stressful enough.

Refreshingly helpful from an estate agent as some don't bother particularly when there is a healthy market.- 5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)Jack was a pleasure to work with. Highly communicative, understanding and patient. On the ball, which meant any handovers or transactions were completed smoothly. If you are a first time buyer I would highly recommend you request to connect to jack. And if the rest of the team are as skilled you will be in amazing hands. We also cannot thank Oliver enough who was able to hit the nail on the head with our property goals without any lag, meaning we did not miss out on any available market oppurtunities. I look forward to connecting again very soon for future investments.

21st Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Pretty incompetent and very low professionality level...went to see a couple of houses with them, never called back to say the result of my application (I just saw the houses I applied for being taken out of the rightmove website). I tried to book other visits either through their website or by leaving a message over the phone, never returned...also, some of the houses I was interested in were already taken, but they leave the ads on the internet the same...just avoid them- 6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)Savills in Summertown have been managing my rental property for years. They look after every detail so I don't have to. Great peace of mind. Charlotte Nugent is thorough, detailed and practical. Highly recommend them.

12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)I can’t rate Church Robinson highly enough. We were in the process of buying a property through them when the sale on our own property fell through. We had a discussion with Holly and Gary and made the decision to list our property with them and we are so pleased that we did. It was an upsetting time for us as the previous process had taken so long, before ultimately falling through, but they were so efficient and professional, but also very kind. We had an offer on our flat almost immediately and have recently exchanged. From our initial contact with the team when viewing properties, to their work in getting us to the point of exchange, we have been really impressed with everyone. A special shout out to Dawn, who has just been brilliant at chasing people up and getting things done! I’m sure we wouldn’t be where we are now without her tenacity!

Whenever I called there was someone able to deal with my question, never any sense of ‘only Karen can answer that and she’s not in until…’! Even when issues came up they were calm, communicated with everyone with friendliness and professionalism and got things sorted.
24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)All the staff at Turner’s were approachable, friendly and professional. I would thoroughly recommend Turner’s to anyone thinking of buying or selling property. James imparticular went above and beyond to sort out two very messy and twice broken chains that we were a part of. After almost two, very frustrating years we finally moved and James was with us every step of the way. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Turner’s.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)David and his team sold our house in Cholsey this year. They were absolutely amazing. We had a fixed objective and they never tried to change our mind or put any pressure, their advise was always impartial, their professionalism spotless. They had to deal with some difficult customers and helped to reach the best possible agreement once they found the right buyers. They are personable, warm, honest and have been always responsive when needed even during odd hours!! They also recommended the lawyers who were very very good. I cannot thank them enough. Thomas Merrifield in Wallingford is indeed a fantastic choice as estate agent.
