Spent 5 minutes in a very quick run-a-round to value a house in the mid 400,000 when they had a smaller similar property on the market at 630,000. They never bothered to follow up the appointment and disappeared.
Really did expect better from them.
Lovely people and very professional approach from 1st meeting and ongoing. I had been renting my flat for years privately which was always a chore finding and vetting tenants and never really sure if I was doing things correctly. The guy's at Reaston Brown found a number of tenants very quickly and within 3 weeks the checks and inventory done and a perfect tenant was in place and has just renewed for a second year.

We bought our house in November 2016 with Hamnett Hayward (Thame office).
From start to finish they were excellent.
The sale could have been problematic with the house being tenanted; and while the sellers, the tenants & us (the buyers) were all proactive the role Hamnett Hayward played in facilitating & communicating between all parties (including both sets of solicitors) meant that everything went superbly.
