Any question I had was responded to very quickly, and I was updated thoroughly throughout. I would highly recommend my experience with Parkers. When collecting keys for the property I received a welcome box gift from Parker’s which was very kind and a thoughtful touch.

Having heard horror stories of other agencies & experienced some first hand, JNP was a breath of fresh air. Whilst Sue was our sales progressor, the dots were “joined” by Matthew (essentially a house swap). We also had cause to speak to Nick during the process when we experienced a little delay and were chasing for updates. All those we spoke to were pleasant and helpful, throughout the process. A credit to the industry. Thank you for everything.
7th Sep 2024 (19 weeks ago)I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend both Willaims Estate agent but also in particular Aimee and Sarah. Thank you both and wishing you all the very best for the future sales!

19th Jul 2024 (5 mo. ago)Due to the continued incompetence of this branches' sales manager, we were not able to purchase a home that we were making offers on, even when our offer was increased to the asking price, we had already secured a buyer for our own home and we had an AIP in place. However, due to this, we ended buying a house which is incomparably nicer than the one we tried to buy from Chancellors so it all worked quite nicely in the end. And that's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

He took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences, ensuring every property he showed me was truly what I needed and answered all my wish lists. His friendly demeanour and clear communication made it easy to trust him every step of the way. What stood out most was Filipe's dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied. He was always available to answer my questions, provide honest advice, and ensure that the process moved forward seamlessly. Thanks to Filipe’s hard work, I am now going to be moving into my new home at the beginning of the new year, a home that exceeds my expectations. Initially, we were struggling to find somewhere to live in Oxford and our experiences with other letting agencies was stressful to say the least. Rosie was the first lettings negotiator we dealt with that was empathetic to our struggles. Rather than pressuring us into making an immediate decision, we were given time to consider making an offer, and Rosie and was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. We highly recommend renting with Savills (and Rosie in particular) if you're looking for somewhere to live in Oxford.
