We had a very torturous sale with many twists and turns and Reaston Brown - Nick, Sally & Karli - were with us every step of the way. Nick managed to untangle all the problems and today we exchanged contracts ????????????????????????<br>All the staff went above beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and compassion when things didn't quite go to plan.

On 11th October 2024, my husband and I had an appointment to view a rental property in Brill. We turned up early and waited for our appointment time and when it was time we knocked once on the front door to the house and politely waited for the agent to come out, however after another 10 mins she hadn't appeared so we knocked again, harder.<br>She opened the door, I don't remember her name, and was immediately rude to me. There were people with her who were viewing before us and she said something along the lines of 'don't knock the door down'! I'm not sure if she was trying to be clever but I was insulted as had been waiting so told her that she was late for our appointment, to which she looked me up and down before glancing at the other people and rolling her eyes, and she said she didn't know the time of the appointments as she was standing in for rentals and she was from sales. She proceeded to show us around and we could tell she couldn't be bothered, especially when she mentioned about them selling so I told her it was a waste of our time in that case as we wanted long term rental. She quickly back tracked trying to stop us from leaving so said she would check and come back to us, so we decided to continue. At the end, she promised again to come back to us, which I doubted she would and we never heard anything from her again. What she doesn't know is that I had seen her arrive late for the previous people which is why she was late for us, but she didn't have the courtesy to tell us that.<br>Rude and extremely unprofessional are our only observations of the agency. If you wish to be taken seriously and want an agency to help you find a property, do not use Reaston Brown in Thame.

I was purchasing through Reaston Brown and found them extremely personable. Their communication was excellent and the team felt caring and considerate which made the process, which unfortunately ended in my purchaser pulling out late in the process, a lot less traumatic with the helpful and friendly Sally helping her seller and ourselves through the process. I certainly hope we can purchase through them. And if i lived in the area i would not hesitate to engage them to sell my property - i would feel safe in their hands.

Lovely people and very professional approach from 1st meeting and ongoing. I had been renting my flat for years privately which was always a chore finding and vetting tenants and never really sure if I was doing things correctly. The guy's at Reaston Brown found a number of tenants very quickly and within 3 weeks the checks and inventory done and a perfect tenant was in place and has just renewed for a second year.<br><br>Thanks RB will recommend for sure.
