The whole team at Connells in Thame were excellent when my husband and I were buying our house.
We cannot thank Jay Sarbatta, our mortgage advisor at Connells enough for his help. We were unsure if we were going to get our house after we finally secured a sale on our own property because of a change in financial situation. Jay worked incredibly hard including staying late after open hours to enable us to have appointments with him. He was able to find us a bespoke mortgage that we would not have been able to get otherwise and that then meant we could secure our dream house. He left no stone unturned, and called/emailed us regularly with updates. It really felt like he was on our side and that he genuinely wanted to help us and find something that would work for us. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who needs help finding the best deal on their mortgage.
Charlotte and Hugh, our estate agents, worked extremely hard to show us around many houses around the Christmas period until we found the perfect one. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and were able to recommend the perfect house which we we are now making our home. They worked tirelessly to make sure we secured it and kept us in the loop at every stage. We can't thank them enough for all their help. Veronica and her team delivered unfailing professional, helpful and excellent service. As a first time seller, their advice was always helpful and spot on. Without a doubt I achieved the best price I could have done for my property, (a full £45k more than another agent advised could be achieved, albeit you have to subtract from that the cost of the lease extension, but still a huge gain, enabling me to buy my dream house/forever home).

Veronica and her team never gave me a moment’s anxiety about their side of things, (in what was, overall, a very stressful process), and I positively enjoyed popping in to see them and check on progress. Always a sunny, happy team in there!

As you can see, I highly recommend them! Veronica, the manager, is a true pro and a pleasure to do business with.

I had no problems so far with this agency, the service appear to be professional and efficient. I have been arranging to let a flat, and all pre-let checks, incl. contract, have been satisfactorily dealt with and in good time. I am due to move-in in about a week or so, no small accomplishment, if you take into account all logistic issues with the current epidemics. Kelly, the manageress and Amanda, the letting negotiator were professional, friendly and helpful in arranging my hassle-free let.

After seeing a property online that I liked and calling the West Bromwich office to enquire, I was greet by Kelly who was very friendly and personable. I was able to ask questions and speak with her as though I’d known her forever! She was patient and very professional on viewing day and filled us with confidence. In her absence, Amanda was just as amazing with us and reassured us along the process and, in return, we have an amazing house to now make a home and partnered with an equally amazing landlord. Although parts of the process were made confusing, as a whole, we were happy with the level of service we received and would recommend and use Connells in the future.

Rental Property became available on the Saturday, called at 10:00 for a viewing, was assured a callback, No response.

Waited till Monday, now anxious that we would lose the rental called @ 8:30, asked to take the property without viewing.
Assured it could be done and was told once again we'd be called back. Nothing again.

Called them all day (5 times) on Tuesday, no answer.

Called on Wednesday, property is gone.

What a s***show, would be 0 stars if it could be.
