I’m a investor so I have dealt with many agents. Their general attitude is very bad and they are very rude. My offer on a property was accepted and I was proceeding with the purchase. Then when my solicitor contacted the seller solicitor they were informed that the seller was selling to someone else. I rang up pj estates agent and they said they “were planning on calling me”. They wouldn’t even acknowledge the error or the fact that I had lost solicitor or mortgage fees. I would stay well clear!!... Read more
