We viewed a property and were waiting to put a holding deposit down to be told hours later that someone else had viewed the property and placed a deposit earlier that day. Why allow us to view the property and get our hopes up. Was promised a phone call earlier this week to hear if the couples references went through as we would be next in line, and if not they may be able to offer us an alternative property ???? I haven’t heard from Polecat since they messed us around over a week ago. We won’t be using polecat to find us a property that’s for sure.... Read more

Renting from Polecat has been so easy and pleasant from start to finish. When we came for our first viewing and agreed on renting our first property, they were very helpful, answering all of our questions and making us feel very welcome in our new home. Over the passed year they have been very reliable, always answer the phones and respond to emails promptly, and swiftly arrange to get problems with our flat sorted out incredibly quickly. Best experience I've ever had with letting agents. Fair fees and were willing to arrange viewings, contract signings, key handover around my schedule. Friendly company who went out of their way to help. Deposits can be paid by Paypal - useful!... Read more
