Kevin, Carl, Stuart & Owen, all of whom played a part in the very long, stressful process of our sale and purchase.
Our chain was very complicated Kevin went above and beyond to help with everything he communicated with many other Estate agents and solicitors and sorted out lots of issues that arose and I can tell you there were many, Kevin kept in contact with us throughout the whole process almost every day some weeks.
We have now finally exchanged after almost a year and we move into our new home next week, we’re relieved and excited!
They are all friendly and very professional.

The people at Greystones were lovely to deal with. I was kept up to date on viewings and got feedback quickly. It is an advantage to have someone there following up progress after an offer has been made too.
As someone selling a house on behalf of someone else and not knowing the local market I was very much guided by them. The eventual price was 7% lower than the initial guide price which was disappointing but I was selling in the winter which would have had an impact and I needed a quick sale.

Had an awful experience with Greystones. Kevin Booth, managing director was the person me and my partner was dealing with and he was extremely unprofessional. We found a house we loved, viewed a few times and put in an offer that was accepted. During that process Kevin was already being unprofessional by not responding to my partner, not taking care when sending emails negotiating prices and sending over wrong figures. Around a week after our offer was accepted, we hadn’t heard anything from Kevin yet so I emailed him to then receive an email back telling me that the vendor had actually decided to pull out and accept a different offer presented to her after ours had already been accepted. We understand the vendor had her rights to do so however we should not of found this information out because we reached out to Kevin, we should of been informed immediately as we was already in the process of applying for the mortgage. Really ruined our experience as first time buyers. After all of that Kevin has not bothered to respond to us again and completely ignored us, disgusting behaviour.

If you want a professional, hard working, honest, committed team, then Greystones absolutely fit the bill. Don’t waste your time with other agents like it did. My first meeting was with Carl who put me at ease with all the information I needed to know selling my home, very honest and professional. Lewis then did the viewings, he researched my property and asked me lots of questions to gain such excellent knowledge on my house to help sell it. We have just purchased a bungalow from Greystones ,this was our first time as well as myself leaving my family home of 42years.
We can honestly say that without greystones we would of found the complete process daunting.
Ashleigh has been truly amazing , his support continued Communication and advise is what got us there in the end . We are only sorry that we didn't use Greystones to sell our property however we would recommend and if we were to sell again it would most definitely be Greystones .
Not to forget Owen and Ben in the Bexhill branch for also being great .

We moved into the Bexhill area from some distance away and only came across Greystones as the representative of our vendor however they could not have been more helpful and went far beyond what one would expect of an Estate Agent. The Bexhill staff were excellent, responded to calls, followed up enquiries and in fact were a great assistance in the legal process throughout. Not intending to move again for some time but if and when I do I shall definitely use Greystones as my Estate Agent.

A massive thank you to Greystones who acted for us in the sale of my property which, without their hard work and diligence I believe would not have been possible. The sale was fraught with problems. My first buyer pulled out just before we were about to exchange contracts but Greystones acted very quickly and they had another buyer lined up for us within 2 days. But there then followed many problems and delays with legal technicalities over the sale, and we were very close on a number of occasions to the sale breaking down and to losing the house we wanted to purchase. But Greystones, particularly Ashley, held it all together by stopping the chain breaking down, He provided daily communication and reassurance to all parties in the chain, keeping everything afloat until we were finally able to complete on our sale and purchase our new house. So we finally got here, two weeks before Christmas. And now we raise a glass to Ashley and Kevin and everyone else at Greystones, we couldn't have done it without you.

A great Estate agents as it took only 3 weeks to sell our house, Ben took some great pictures which showed the house at it's best. Had lots of viewings so wasn't disappointed.
This Estate agents kept us informed at all times, especially Ashley who was outstanding, we had a couple of times where the chain would of collapsed because of the first time buyers at the beginning of the chain, but Ashley sorted it all out for us. As a whole all of the team at Greystones were exceptional and very professional, we certainly would recommend them and you couldn't go wrong with them getting you that sale.

Greystones is one of the best estate agents we have ever used???? The pictures of our property were fantastic as we're all the viewings we had. We were kept up-to-date with everything and if we had any questions or concerns they kept us informed. They showed to be very professional in everything they do. There were a couple of times we thought the chain would collapse but Ashley was to say the least outstanding!! The whole team are very good at what they do.

They took good photos of my property but that was really where the good service ended. Had my property for over 10 weeks and not once (until I handed them my notice to terminate) did they get in contact with me off their own back to update me. Got very few people in to view the place and never really offered any confidence that they were actually trying. Worst of all when I had a friend call and ask about the property their receptionist said it 'wasn't in the best area' .
Switched to another estate agent and sold within 7 days.

I have now sold two houses through Greystones and on both occasions I have found their team to be very efficient and agreeable to deal with.
Their valuation this time was 10% higher than the other two agents I approached and the eventual sale price was at the top end of that valuation.
I would certainly recommend them.
