Excellent service from start to finish, dealt a lot with Tony who was great, promised me he could sell my flat and he did. After nearly giving up we gave Oakfield a go and it changed our lives really. The only problem was I was quoted £1650 and charged £1800 but at that point we just wanted to get over the line! Always someone available to speak to and help with and even when our buyers pulled out, Oakfield were there again getting people in to view the flat straight away and we sold not long after.

We are moving from Dorset to East Sussex in order to be near to our son and his family, and we have been looking for a rental property to suit us. We found a very nice property on Rightmove, and contacted the letting agent, Oakfield in Bexhill. We have dealt with Lucy White, the Lettings Manager, who has been delightfully friendly, helpful, and patient, even to the extent of responding to our questions in the evening and on her day off. Full marks for customer service!

From the moment I walked into the door at the Oakfield Estate Agents in Bexhill it was quite clear that I was going to enjoy my experience. The smiles and warmth from the agents were in itself a such a welcoming experience that I knew I had made the right decision to have them assist me with my property needs.
Throughout the process Lucy and Ellie were professional and demonstrated expertise in the property market but they had a genuine willingness to assist me in finding a property that I could let and that would meet my residential property needs.
What was extremely impressive is the strength & genuineness of their personalities that made me feel at ease. The abilities they have in customer service is impressive and I cannot express adequately how efficiently and enjoyable they made my journey in the acquirement of a tenancy.
I also appreciated the sense of urgency, once we identified a property and I made an offer they explained each step to me and it happened effectively and efficiently.
What a BRILLIANT experience, excellent professional, knowledgeable customer service with big smiles!

This was the first time we have ever moved leaving a family home after 42years .
Knowledge of what to expect was minimal.
Not being aware of each step through the process is why I have only rated a four star .
On occasions I felt I was a hinderence by calling to push the final stages .
Overall the team are friendly but lack of communication was frustrating compared to other parties.

I had a series of communications with these particular Estate Agents during the second half of 2021 . I found them to be professional , helpful , informative , accurate and efficient . One of the best things I personally liked was the online video viewings of the properties . Not only do they provide a good idea of the current state of the property but staff seem to enjoy making them which is nice . For 2022 , I have returned to the same company as I am trying to organize my living arrangements for my retirement years .

I used oak field to buy my next home this time being a family we had to make sure it was the right decision.
Sam was amazing he showed us the property multiple times as I had to make sure it was the one! Every Saturday morning he was happy to help and It never felt pushy.
When we picked the property sam made sure I was up to date with everything going on more so than my own estate agent. Chasing and finding out information for me at times I couldn’t with a baby! He made the experience fantastic and was always available for any questions.
