All the tables was clean when we went in. The food order was spot on. All our food was hot and the chip portion wasn't too small. No complaints here. ????

Possibly the best KFC experience I have ever had. Went on Saturday lunch and ordered 3 boxed items. The restaurant wasn't too busy but was not quite either. The food came promptly. The order was correct. The food was hot. The chips were cooked correctly, rather than the soggy ones from my local branch. Everything was spot on.

Not the worst KFC I've been too, but it was average. Staff are often incompetent, sometimes takes a long time to receive my order etc. Food is always nice however but slightly overpriced for what it is.
I would recommend this place however there are others nearby that are much nicer and better value for money.

Ordered over Uber Eats and waited over an hour for the order to arrive. When it finally did arrive, we didn't have any gravy. My box meal should've came with gravy and I ordered one separate, only to find we had been given beans! Having KFC without gravy is like having a Subway without the bread, what was the point? The krushem I ordered was bland and completely frozen, I was also missing the garlic dip. It was like the staff had decided to shut up early and offer half a service! Wish I didn't even bother wasting the money or time!

Would be great of the staff knew the difference between a chicken breast and a leg that I asked for....I will be checking what I get next time before I leave and if its not right I'll expect to be refunded and go elsewhere where I will get what I ask for!! Tired of staff at these places who cba to do their job right!!

Waited 1 hour 20 mins in the drive threw to get home and yet again our order had gravy missing, last time had chicken missing lad on the order point too busy discussing with other staff members what he was having on his break!!! Mary on the phone was lovely and I'm sorry I was angry but the service is ridiculous!!!

Awful place..the chicken taste different from other KFC's..staff rude and gave me the wrong order..charged £8.49 for a burger,chips and drink(shocking)..wouldn't recommend this place..i have stopped going there and goes to the one in frenchgate.

Absolutely disgraceful service . Ordered for 6.30 on Saturday then to be told an hour and a half later that it was cancelled. Wouldn’t go anywhere near that restaurant. Not worth one star

I baught one of those nine piece chicken deals yesterday...The chicken skin was crumbling off and very scarce, the skin has to be the best part about KFC, it was cooked like you normally get from down the road at ken clucky fried chicken , it didn't look cooked enough, it was the peak time of the day but inexcusable, maybe they were rushing, I don't know. I think it needed some more cooking time. Possibly my worst experience with kfc ever as it didn't taste as good as it always has done.

Opening times are mocked up. Meant to open at 10 but opens at 11! Plus the workers are really slow and rude! Wouldnt eat hear go to the KFC in Frenchgate Shopping centre it's alot better then here. Chicken very dry

In my takeaway order there were 8 Hot wings. At home I noticed that I only got 4. It's not the first time. Check your takeaway orders. I do not recommend

Called in just for a chicken sandwich, wow what a shock £4.59 didn’t even want chips or a drink, the full meal is only £4.99 (0.40p extra)
I could of gone to Mac Donald’s for half that price to get a burger.
Pricing needs sorting fast before they get branded as a rip off

It was closing down on 1 o'clock on Good Friday and we came there 15 past midnight. Sales person Claire told everyone that place is closed and not serving anymore, after shorter hesitation some people where served including us but we were told that, there will be no certain orders due to running out but I clearly heard her saying to other employees to tell that so they could shut early. Horrible customer service and surely anyone owning this brunch would not be happy knowing that their employees ar making this brunch loose money.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon when the place was quiet. The service was slow but the staff were pleasant enough. I had to use the toilet and was frankly disgusted with the state it was in. I stank of stale urine, the loo paper was on the floor and not in the container. I will not be going back.

love the food but service is shocking missed my chips on my lunch didn't have time to go back but they refuse to acknowledge. I called to complain and the customer care guy Stefan was a horrible too.

I felt I had to leave a review because this is a consistent issue. Having been into this restaurant at a quiet time, twice, it has been the same. I went during the afternoon and again on a night. Both times have been dirty and leaving me flabbergasted. The tables were covered in food and rubbish. There was no table clean and one table was broken without an actual table top. THe food was vile and cold. The floor was even worse than the tables, Food and drinks all over from the start of walking in. The service from the staff was absolutely disgusting. They don’t talk to you and are too busy talking about their upcoming nights and tinder dates to other staff members. The toilet smell of urine actually before you walk near the toilets they smell so bad. I don’t know why I went in again but I assumed it was an off day. This place needs closing down!

Didn't have half the food as they had ran out. Didn't have crushems as machine started cleaning at 11pm. I was there at 23.15 open till 3 am. Staff unfriendly. Wasn't helpful nor was they friendly. Bad image for KFC

If you want serving faster than you get served in the food court at frenchgate walk to this KFC. There's usually plenty of space to sit as well. Foods just as good and service is standard

This KFC was previously further up the same street and has since been completely refurbished. There is a unique style here and service was great. The closing time on Saturday night (Sunday morning) was around 2:30am
