All the tables was clean when we went in. The food order was spot on. All our food was hot and the chip portion wasn't too small. No complaints here. ????

Possibly the best KFC experience I have ever had. Went on Saturday lunch and ordered 3 boxed items. The restaurant wasn't too busy but was not quite either. The food came promptly. The order was correct. The food was hot. The chips were cooked correctly, rather than the soggy ones from my local branch. Everything was spot on.

Not the worst KFC I've been too, but it was average. Staff are often incompetent, sometimes takes a long time to receive my order etc. Food is always nice however but slightly overpriced for what it is.
I would recommend this place however there are others nearby that are much nicer and better value for money.

Ordered over Uber Eats and waited over an hour for the order to arrive. When it finally did arrive, we didn't have any gravy. My box meal should've came with gravy and I ordered one separate, only to find we had been given beans! Having KFC without gravy is like having a Subway without the bread, what was the point? The krushem I ordered was bland and completely frozen, I was also missing the garlic dip. It was like the staff had decided to shut up early and offer half a service! Wish I didn't even bother wasting the money or time!

Would be great of the staff knew the difference between a chicken breast and a leg that I asked for....I will be checking what I get next time before I leave and if its not right I'll expect to be refunded and go elsewhere where I will get what I ask for!! Tired of staff at these places who cba to do their job right!!

Waited 1 hour 20 mins in the drive threw to get home and yet again our order had gravy missing, last time had chicken missing lad on the order point too busy discussing with other staff members what he was having on his break!!! Mary on the phone was lovely and I'm sorry I was angry but the service is ridiculous!!!

Awful place..the chicken taste different from other KFC's..staff rude and gave me the wrong order..charged £8.49 for a burger,chips and drink(shocking)..wouldn't recommend this place..i have stopped going there and goes to the one in frenchgate.
