Is this business even running?? Their office is always empty. I call, no answer and I send emails, nothing. I don’t understand them. Very very confused by them.

I normally don't give 1 star reviews but in this case Richard said he'll forward my application to the landlord and that he'll contact me back within one day. He then took a few days holiday during which I wasn't able to contact him. When he came back he sent me an email saying he's sorry that I have "missed out on this occasion". I think he might've been slightly responsible for me "missing out".

Update: They have been taken over by NOPS, and are an absolute nightmare. Trying to ge thte deposit back from them took eternity, we eventually had to raise a dispute with the deposit protection agency.

Their staff are fairly friendly and better than many Oxford estate agents, but their admin is a nightmare.
We emailed them the required forms, only to receive an email from them telling us that we hadn't sent in the forms. We simply forwarded the same email to them (the one that they had already received), and the second time they miraculously received the email.
If they tell you that they will email you "tomorrow" they actually mean "in a few days, once you have bugged them about it".
Given that the "admin fee" is £175 per tenant, it really isn't clear why their admin is so bad.
Will update this review once the full rental process is complete

Five weeks after having left our property, our deposit still hasn't been returned and we don't know how much has been deducted from it. We have called and emailed on multiple occasions, but each time we have been bounced off to a different person or reassured someone else would be looking into it shortly.
Due to a lack of time, I will not digress here on the number of episodes that have affected our tenancy, ranging from the comical (one of their workmen asking us "if we had a brick" to fill up a hole he'd just made in the wall) to the tragic (a faulty and dangerous boiler, which was luckily replaced).

Everyone working at Premier was friendly and approachable. However, there was a lack of proactivity and it was seemingly very understaffed. They were very difficult to contact via email for maintenance requests, and once contacted would then need several follow ups before the maintenance was carried out (some never did even after waiting 6 months). I was disappointed with the way the end of my tenancy was carried out, it was hard to liase with the agents to carry out the change of tenant, and the two week process ended up taking 5 weeks. Friendly agents but with a time management issue.

I booked an online viewing with this estate agent for a property to let a few days in advance.
I then called an hour beforehand and they confirmed it would be going ahead.
Ten minutes AFTER the scheduled start time I called to ask why I hadn’t received an invitation to a call for the viewing, and I was told they couldn’t do the viewing… no reason why - just that they couldn’t do it. They didn’t even bother to in advance call to let me know they had cancelled my appointment.

I rented student accommodation through Premier and they were fantastic. Ellie was always very helpful and kept the process really simple for us. I couldn't recommend using Premier more if you want a good professional service where they are happy to help with any query you have.

I've rented my property through Premier for many years and I've seen them develop from a small family firm to the highly professional business they are today. Charlie and Jo have provide quality customer service and their expertise at navigating ways through the choppy waters generated by the pandemic has been and is superb. They've been intelligent, patient and practical. A huge thank you to both!
