Glad to never had to use these guys again. They can and will try to come to your property without notice, not reply to your emails, don't properly clean their properties and treat clients terribly. No doubt they'll leave a sarky reply to this as well saying "no u". They're cheap for a reason, don't use them if you can afford to. Oh, and they charge you falsely for deposit returns, make sure to challenge their claims. Nice houses though. 10/10

I don't recomend it! , I booked to see a property by email at 12.
I was in front of the property at 12:00 (was raining a lot!)
I called at 12:10 to the agency asking for the number, and the receptionist did not know it (what agency Do not know where number is the property that will show us ?!).
The agent came at 12:25, 25 minutes late from our appointment, he did not apologize. The agent did not know any information about the apartment he showed us.

After seeing your answer, I can confirm that your agency is not trustfulnes and that I do not recommend it.
If I had been notified of the traffic jam by a voice message I would not have been waiting in the rain for your agent to arrive for 25 minutes. And if it really shows up in your register, you'll know that I call you at 12:10 the first time to ask for the apartment number, and the receptionist did not tell me it was an old pub because she did not know, she just told me to wait the agent in front of the property and that the agent was going to leave now the agency to meet with me (he did not say anything that he was in a traffic jam).
I repeat, a minimum of education when one is late is apologizing, and he did not.
Only for the treatment I have received and the answer to this review, you can see that they are not trustworthy, especially when they try to blame a customer for something they have done wrong!

haven't had any issues with this company! They're really understanding company with payments as I was unable to pay on time and they understood.

Poor excuse for an agent, resorting to leaving a review for themselves, pretending to be a tenant (see review below, although they will probably remove the self made 5 star review by the time you read this) tut tut, very poor indeed!!

1)They undertake jobs and repairs at my property without my permission.
2)They do not reply to phone calls or emails
3)They do not ensure the tenants pay the rent ever on time.
4)They do not respect the contractual agreement.
5) I will never ever deal with them and would strongly advise against making any business with an agency that does not respect their contract or their clients.

Very helpful staff went the extra mile to get me a place that I felt comfortable in and showed me around the local area! There's no house big or small they can accommodate with bills included or without great set up guys keep it up!!!

The BEST estate agents in Leeds. So so friendly and extremely helpful with all situations (even ones they were not obliged to help with). I have used 2view for two years whilst staying in Leeds and found them to be extremely professional and always welcoming, even giving us some beautiful chicken biryani that they make to raise money for charity once a week. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys and we miss you! (Hannah and ash)

Never confirmed with you before they enter the property when there's all girls living in the property.
Sooo rude when it comes to end of contract.
When you are staying upstairs, you don't know who the guys is talking downstairs.
A week before end of a 2-year contract, they came to repair the water boiler and left with a whole mess of dirty water splashed everywhere including fridge and our internet box, which of course broke the internet box. I waited two days for it to dry completely and checked again and after I know it's definitely broken I called them and they said it's not their fault!
It was okay on the first year to be honest. But after we continue the contract on the second year (which is everyone's final year) they changed completely, examples including 3 water taps of the property leaking for months before getting repaired. And people come to view the property everyday without 24h notice or sometimes without letting us know even!
Speechless now. Just avoid.

Signing the tenancy agreement was quick, easy and low fees. Coming to the end of my tenancy now and it has been a smooth experience. Issues get resolved efficiently and I would definitely use 2View Properties again.
