I’ve been a tenant with Virtue for over 2 years now, at different properties. Both times they were good to us. The properties themselves were great. Any issues we had were solved quickly and they were very fair when it came to deposit refund. Sam and his team were refreshing in their approach and we would happily rent with them again.... Would put a 0 if I could. They don't protect your deposit, they took over a year to fix our patio door that didn't lock, all cracks on the side of the house where never repaired, causing damp to the side bedroom (new tenants in the house now and still not repaired) put the rent up way to much for the area, also tried blackmailing us as we wouldn't accept viewings whilst living there ( this is not law) wouldn't not 1 bit recommend using this estate agents as they are a rip off.... We moved to Leeds last July. Virtue has been really helpful since our moving-in. We have had different issues in the property, such as breaking down of the boiler and problems of electricity. Virture always responded swiftly and sent someone to fix the problems. We would definitely recommend this estate agent.... Read more
