I recently moved to London and was immediately overwhelmed by all the little steps I had to take to rent a flat in the city. However, my interaction with property liaison was very smooth and hassle free. Marco and Patricia plainly laid out all the steps I needed to take and were efficient in answering any questions I had. Property Liaisons were the agents for a property we rented for one year in London and I can honestly say they were the best agents we ever dealt with. Super responsive to our queries and very quick in arranging for maintenance when we raised issues in the house (in two cases, the fixes were same day which is pretty much unheard of in London!!) Property Liaisons have handled the rental of my property for over 10 years. I have never had cause to complain not even once. They have successfully let my apartment with little fuss and with negligible gaps between tenants. They respond quickly to any issue my tenants have had, resolving them quickly and efficiently. I rented a room in a Property Liaisons property from 05/21 to 05/22. PL is one of the most disorganised and inefficient lettings agencies I've ever rented with. During my tenancy, they lacked basic systems to properly take care of their tenants, such as a dedicated "report repairs" form, or a robust check-in / check-out process conducted by the letting agency itself and signed off by the tenant for transparency. Superior lettings agencies have these systems in place, which protect tenants. In my case, I noticed black mould upon commencing my tenancy and reported it for repair several times. This issue was batted back and forth between various team members and forgotten about, until at the end of the tenancy Property Liaisons tried to deduct the black mould repair from my deposit despite my having given Property Liaisons a year to fix it. I won back my full deposit, but only because I had kept each email and text message evidencing that PL had not dealt with the problem. This could have been avoided had PL conducted a thorough check-in, check-out procedure, and had they had a dedicated "report repairs" form. Finally, as I was moving out, Property Liaisons informed the tenants of a rent increase within short notice of the tenancy agreement being renewed. Best practice is to inform tenants of rent increases as soon as possible to allow them to consider their financial situation. When our 6 month rental contract expired and needed renewal in Oct 21, Property Liaisons didn't notice, leaving us out of contract while we continued to live in the flat until we reached out to extend the contract. Positively, many of the team at Property Liaisons are friendly and hard working. There are clearly many accomplished lettings agents at the company, but they are hamstrung by systemic mismanagement and inefficiencies which are not found at other lettings agents. I would implore them to invest in better repairs monitoring and a check-in check-out system for tenants. As Property Liaisons stands, I can't recommend it to tenants or to scrupulous landlords who wish to rent their property with tenants' wellbeing in mind. I'm sure that unscrupulous landlords will be fine with it, though.... Read more

Marco in particular, was very attentive, clear on all communications, professional, and extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Patricia was also super helpful, always available to answer any and all questions, providing clear information and next steps. Unfortunately the lettings agent i dealt with wasn't the most transparent, which resulted in me missing out on a flat that I really wanted. Never really sure what the exact process was, but i was told i had to submit an offer. Next thing i know, someone was paying a deposit on the place. I would've gladly paid the deposit at any time had they actually requested it. Overall, bad experience, too vague in their processes and very unreliable.... Read more
