DONT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Commercial landlord lost our workshop keys they did not inform us LUCKILY we picked them up on site nearby . If you’re a person of colour or you don’t have an English name then I suggest you stay away. I originally called the estate agent on the 13/12/22. I called because I wanted to view a commercial property they had to rent. I was ready to move into the premises as soon as possible (deposit ready/stock ready etc) however, just wanted to view and see the premises. I was told that “Tim” was on a call and he would call me straight away, once he had finished. I had left my details for him to call back. Fast forward to the 19/12/22, I had still not received a call. I called at 12pm where I was told the “Tim” was on a call and he would call me straight back. I told the man on the phone of my previous experience and I’m still awaiting. However, he reassured me that Tim would call me back. I called back at 15:00pm the same day (frustrated) and I was told that he will call me back but he is on a call. I called back on the 20/12/22 where I was told Tim was not in the office. I requested to speak to someone else OR if someone else other than Tim could show me the premises, in which was declined. I requested to speak to a manager in which was declined. Apparently Tim is the CEO haha. Appalling, you know what a business is like when the very top cannot fulfil their duties. Now this is the key part. The lady advised towards the end of the call that “she understands my frustration but they have to be careful/pick the right person for the unit”. Unfortunately due to frustration, I did not question what she meant. The estate agent only know my name and property. So how have they come to the conclusion that I am not the right person for the unit? Never had to chase a business in order to buy or lease anything, usually it’s the other way round. Weird company. Anyways, I advised that Tim should call me by C.O.B Friday 23rd or else I will write a negative review. Still not had my callback :)... Read more
