We switched to Enfield late last year. House had been off and on the market for a while - lots of viewings but no sale. Andrew (the owner) had a clear strategy around how and when he would market our property. He was also very easy to deal with. The strategy involved putting the house back on the market from Boxing Day (which surprised us) using a completely new set of pictures and a revised asking price. Andrew also showed all prospective buyers around the house. We got lots of interest and quite quickly an offer at the asking price.
