Manning Stainton found tenants for our house. Everyone we dealt with at the company was efficient and helpful. Pippa had overall responsibility and was professional, communicative and helpful throughout the process. I had every confidence in her advice. In the past I have said that letting agents 'are all the same' but Manning Stainton and Pippa in particular have proved me wrong. We would not hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.

We recently bought a house in Yeadon and Manning Stainton really impressed us. From when we first went into the office to book our viewing they were all very friendly and professional. Were really impressed with the service and commitment of all staff within Branch.
Nothing was too much trouble even when we hit problems with the sale they couldn’t have done more to make sure the stress was taken off us as much as possible.
A special thank you to Pippa in branch for all her help and commitment.
And Also to carol our dedicated move manager who was absolutely amazing from start to finish chasing everything and going above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed to completion ,also sorting out all communication within the chain. ( and keeping ourselves updated in regards to this )

Having had the first buyers pull out at the last minute after dragging their feet for months, I was wary of going through the process again. Laura Fletcher offered to see it through for me from start to finish and she was exceptional. There were problems along the way mainly due to the vendor's solicitor, but Laura chased, followed up, reassured, talked to others in the Chain, and did everything she could to help and to finally get the sale through. The rest of the Team there really helped too when Laura wasn't in the office. She made me feel that it really mattered to her that my move went through as smoothly as possible. She was brilliant, friendly, helpful and professional. Thanks Laura and the Team!

Would highly recommend. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, really helpful and professional, particularly Joanne Williams who got me through a long & tricky house purchase. I was kept fully informed at all times and always got help when I needed it. The move itself was managed really well & I felt that the whole team really understood what it meant to me and did everything they could to make it a success. After finally receiving keys for new property I would like to thank the staff at New Roadside. Especially Francesca who I dealt with the most. She was very professional and always cheery. She helped us through a very difficult purchase due to problems with solicitors and forward chain. She was always as helpful as she could be and continually trying to get us updates when things seemed to flounder and other parties were not keeping us informed.

Amazing estate agents, Sarah provided a very clear plan of how the sale would be managed. Having tried two other local estate agents without success, I switched to Manning Stainton and my flat sold within 8 weeks.
