Having had the first buyers pull out at the last minute after dragging their feet for months, I was wary of going through the process again. Laura Fletcher offered to see it through for me from start to finish and she was exceptional. There were problems along the way mainly due to the vendor's solicitor, but Laura chased, followed up, reassured, talked to others in the Chain, and did everything she could to help and to finally get the sale through. Last year I made the mistake of using an on line Estate Agent thinking it would be cheaper. A big mistake! After a stressfull year, I did sell my house but the sale, through no fault of my own, fell through, this happened twice!! This year I decided to try again using a 'proper' Estate Agent!!
