I was looking for a flat on a very short timeline and was let down on viewing some properties. Daniel from Barnard Marcus came out at very short notice to allow me to view a property the same afternoon and by the time I had got home on the train the initial agreements were all organised. he has subsequently kept me fully informed of the progress to letting agreement and smoothed over a few glitches along the way. Very easy to do business with.
The worse agency in the world! They were so unprofessional for a London company, they did mistakes from the beginning about the calculation of my rent and deposit, which i needed to correct and after they never help me for all the problems i ve got with the appartement: No lights, no heater (for winter you can imagine!) They didn't reply my email! it and I when i left the flat they didn't give me my entire money back with no reason, they stole me 250 £ because they knew i won't go to court for this amount! DON T GO there it is a real experience and advice !!!

Rented a flat through Knight Frank. Unfortunately my experience with them is terrible and fellow tenants in the same building as I also share the same opinion. We were surprised that the broadband infrastructure of the building is not installed, the intercom function of opening the door being permanently disabled and a number of other issue all of which Knight Frank did not bother telling us before we signed the contract. Their Birmingham office was good convincing us of how good the property is, and their London office is good in collecting our money every month. Apart from that they are not at all good in anything else.
I have been renting with Knight Frank for a good few months now, Gemma Pugh & Natalie where extremely helpful in the entire process as it was my first experience renting a property in London.
They guided me through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

11.8.2018 - Today I have updated my review from 0 to 1 star. This because Knight Frank, after 71 days, finally managed to send a plumber to repair my shower cabin, making it possible to feel like a human being. I hope all you other KF tenants out there are experiencing better response to your flat issues, than I do :)

The worst agent I have ever come across, Kashiff the lettings negotiator does not turn up for viewings and when he does he arrives an hour and a half late.
The most unprofessional experience at every process, even when offering on the property. We are 3 professionals sharers with one couple, just to clarify the description on the property written by regent properties, they described how it would be 'ideal for sharers'. Once the offer was rejected the reasoning was because we were sharers, clearly false advertising.
The Letting Manager has the worst customer service and is also completely unprofessional, prompting me to look else where after I had offered full asking price, before the offer had been put forward to the landlord.
I would highly recommend not using these agents at any cost.
Disgrace of a hotel, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. In dire need of a revamp. Rude staff.
