Absolutely thrilled with our stay at this fantastic flat in the UK! From the moment my family walked in, we were struck by how modern, clean, and beautifully decorated the place was. The open-plan living area is spacious, with large windows offering stunning views of the neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making it easy to cook up a meal. We were also pleasantly surprised to have an all-in-one washer/ dryer for our laundry.
The 3 bedrooms are a haven of comfort, with a plush bed and high-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. We also loved the bathrooms, which feature modern showers and all the amenities one could need. The attention to detail throughout the flat is truly impressive, from the tasteful artwork to the thoughtful binder offering food and entertainment recommendations.
Location-wise, this flat couldn't be better placed. It's nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.
Overall, this flat exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I can't wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommended!

James and his family picked us up from the airport, helped carry ten pieces of luggage up three floors, and were super attentive to any/every question we had. Plus, the area he put us in was beautiful and within walking distance of everything (I mean everything)!

As a previous tenant of a few residential blocks in central London I’ve often had issues with the buildings management companies - delayed response, unhelpful and unfriendly but not with Mcglashans property maintenance - you can tell they are a family run business as they really care about the tenants in the buildings they manage and do everything they can to help when it’s needed!! Can’t recommend them enough!!

I contacted Andrea McGlashans because my overseas client was in London and wanted a makeover done on his property in Bryanston Square W1H. My client had visited the shop a few days earlier and was really impressed by the quality of the furnishings and the way it was displayed. On arrival Andrea stood alone in a corner of the room looking at it. The room was filled with various trades people and my client, still Andrea managed to work her magic and within four hours arranged for new sofas, dining table, side tables and coffee table not to mention other aesthetically pleasing items to adorn the room. I highly recommend McGlashans Property Services I have been in business with them for over 28 years mostly engaging with their letting service and short lets. They approach all tasks professionally are team minded any service you engage with will be completed exceptionally well with a specific eye on detail. Highly recommended.

What a perfect location for temporary lodging! So much better than staying at a hotel as you have a working kitchen and has a semblance to a home. It is stocked with everything you need for a few weeks' stay. James is also very accommodating and even helped arrange transportation from the airport. Overall a wonderful stay.

We highly recommend McGlashan's furnished flats for families visiting London! My husband, two university-aged children, and I spent a delightful week in one during a recent visit. The flat was perfect for us: centrally located, spotlessly maintained, appropriately furnished, with everything we needed either provided or an easy email away (when we needed extra towels, an ample supply appeared outside the door within hours). James McGlashan responded to every enquiry and, when we arrived close to midnight from the US, met us himself to give access to the flat and ensure we were comfortable. The flat contained a comprehensive binder with operating instructions for all utilities (including television and WiFi), recommendations of where to eat, maps, and more; manuals for the laundry machines etc. were in the flat. We enjoyed the homey feel, quiet, and flexibility provided by this accommodation compared to a hotel -- and at a comparable cost -- and would definitely opt for this again.

We use McGlashans Property Services every December for work purposes and they are always 5 star. The flats themselves are perfect; clean and tidy, large bedrooms and living areas, and great facilities in which to cook. All with the added benefit of being brilliantly located in the heart of Marylebone.
Furthermore, the customer service is fantastic. From key collection, right the way through to departure the team are on hand to help.
Thank you James, Andy, Paul and co. for making our stays so easy. We'll be back again next year!

We are a Television Production company and often use McGlashans when sending our colleagues to visit our London office or as accommodation for crew when filming in London. Their apartments allow multiple people to be housed in the same unit and the rooms are perfect to work from. James has often gone above and beyond for our company and I have never had a bad experience with them. Personable, flexible and accommodating. I never hesitate to book with McGlashans.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 3 bedroom flat near Baker’s street high street. The flat was in an ideal location and easily walkable from the tube stop, shops, and two different high streets. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had all the amendities our family needed during our stay. Above all else the company and James were so easy to work with. They were very responsive, communicative, and ensured we had all our needs met. We definitely recommend using them for your business or family travel!

The whole team at McGlashan’s are the most lovely and professional people you could possible deal with. They went well above and beyond what I had expected.
I had a terrible issue with the landlord of my flat, that was managed by Carter Jonas. Carter Jonas did nothing to protect my rights but McGlashan’s stepped in and helped me.

Everyone who works there goes above and beyond to help make my family comfortable while finding the perfect place to stay in London. I have now used their services multiple times over the last 15 years and they have been absolutely wonderful helping me find both long and short term properties, all of which have been absolutely perfect. When I first came looking for a place to live almost 15 years ago, McGlashans helped find the loveliest flat in Marylebone for my husband and myself, and they even helped us with furniture rentals until our own furniture could be shipped from the United States. Many years later (and now back in the USA) we continue to visit London with our four children and McGlashans continues to go above and beyond to help make our visits at comfortable as possible. They have been ever so gracious and helpful even when travel mishaps arise. I recommend their services 1000%!

Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received.
I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

We live in the US and bought a flat in Marylebone last year. I have renovated several homes and built one, and consider myself a hands-on, detailed person who likes to control the decision making process. Needless to say, doing a long distance renovation as well as decorating a new home was challenging. I am very happy that we discovered McGlashens, who not only worked with us to renovate the flat but also assisted in furnishing it. Their frequent, high quality level of communication made all the difference, as I was able to remain deeply involved in the project from a distance. They sent pictures regularly, especially when it was necessary to make a decision. They hired and directed an excellent contractor, who was also detail-oriented and fastidious. He provided a lot of valuable feedback and made suggestions along the way. He and his subcontractors were all prompt, efficient and proficient. The flat is now done, on time, within budget, and we are more than satisfied. I recommend McGlashens without hesitation.
