In their correspondence emails they warn about companies in this field. they say "this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company! • Drop their offer at the last minute - If a serious structural issue is raised during the survey, this may affect the offer price. If you are in a hurry to move into your perfect home and don't want to wait weeks and weeks to sell your present home through the normal channel of estate agents then I recommend Quick Move Now there's no messing around they made me a fair offer for my home yes its below market value but it aloud me to move quickly. There's no arranging viewings for people to come and view your present home then accepting an offer just to be let down at the last minute and have the whole process start over again Quick Move made all the arrangements Quick Move arranged the surveyor to come out and paid all legal fees it was so stress free and answered all questions I had they sent someone to my home so I could sign the contracts and on the day I moved out they arranged for someone to come and collect the keys off me Great Service Andrew B Staffordshire... Excellent service throughout the whole process. Really transparent around the offer amount (which was actually the highest out of 3 similar companies that I spoke to at around 82.5% of market value). There was no attempt to lower the offer during the process which seems to be a common tactic from this type of company, the first offer I was given was the same amount that ended up in the bank. All surveys and paperwork were done within 2 weeks of initial contact which made the completion date really flexible to suit my needs.... Read more

Really good experience. Was fed up with being messed around trying to sell my house so gave these guys a call, glad I did. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. Yes you won't get the market price but you may not get what you think, estate agents do have a way of suggesting you drop the price! For me it was a perfect solution going with Quick Move and the price I got was what I expected. The support I received was in my view exceptional, there was always someone to speak to and regular updates they were very understanding when my partner's sale was delayed. Everyone involved from the surveyor to solicitors were both friendly and professional. This process will not suit everyone but for me it was the perfect solution. heartless company and pulled out when we were due to exchange and complete this week and took on another buyer with out us knowing. understandably it has taken longer due to covid and a issue with our solicitor however that had been sorted and we were close to completing like i said.. we were due to complete friday!? yet you are prepared to start the process again and no doubt will be waiting longer than a week if you had just stuck with us ! quick move decided to be spiteful and put house back on market and take a new buyer and completely collapse our sale even though we were due to complete this week. heartbreaking especially at a time like this when everything is being delayed and we are in a global pandemic but obviously this company does not care at all only about money!... A very professional, slick and painless operation. From the call back on enquiry, to a few hours later the offer and details. The only thing that held it up was the availability of a surveyor so took 10 days instead of what would have been 4 or 5. Despite horror stories, there were no games and it was all very straightforward. They said only a structural issue may change the price price. The whole transaction was very painless. The staff were polite and helpful. It was so nice to know I had a reliable buyer in place, it took all the stress out of the move. Even though you get below market price, I found it was good value for me. When I first registered my details with this company I was very dubious as I had heard a lot of bad press but thought it was worth a try. However all I have experienced throughout the sale of my property is excellent customer service, complete honesty, realistic time-frames, call backs when promised and also a very prompt and efficient legal team. I genuinely do not have a single complaint they done everything they advertised, gave a price and stuck to it, they never once suggested an alternate price and I’ll be honest I was waiting for it (a competing company had told me that’s how these companies operate. Morally Deficient. A word of warning to anyone who purchases a property from Quick Move, they were EXTREMELY slow in facilitating the sale. Initial agreement was a 6 week timeline, I have now exchanged on day 118. Not only have they delayed this process beyond belief, they at the 11th hour rejected my offer and used the threat of re-marketing the property to strong arm me into submission and changing my offer. Linda at Quick Move has unfortunately shown that she has no moral spine, and I can only assume this is a reflection of the company culture as a whole. They should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves, tactics like this should be a 'old wives tale' and not a reality in 2018. I will never purchase a property from them again, and can only say BUYERS BEWARE! Update: I can confirm that you are indeed the correct company, I have checked the company address and online employee profiles to verify this. We approached Quick Move Now when we were 4 months into a property sale, just about to exchange contracts and the chain fell apart at the bottom. Not wanting to loose our ongoing purchase, we considered all options. We looked into a lot of companies offering this service - but my advice would be do your research! - search google/ reviews etc & many do not have cash funds available, only recently set up, have terrible reviews, change offer at last minute, or no accounts available on Companies House. From our first contact with Quick Move, they were nothing but friendly, professional & efficient. The offer they made was below market value (obviously, as this is their business & they must be able to make money) - but the offer was made within a couple of days & there was no pressure from them for us to accept. After a lot of consideration we decided that the lower offer would enable us to complete our purchase as planned - even though we had to adjust finance elsewhere to make it happen. Following acceptance of offer, Quick Move acted exactly as promised - surveys were arranged almost immediately, as were solicitors. They were always contactable by phone/ email, The price agreed at the beginning did not change & I really cannot fault the service provided - first class. They make no secret of the fact that you will get more for your property on the open market, but as we had run out of time, this was not an option. Quick Move provided a great service, that enabled us to move to our dream home.
