Other than getting the property on Rightmove there’s not much else too them. Don’t use them for viewings, route all communication through your solicitor and when the agent does answer it’s normally to support the buyer more than the seller, still haven’t worked out what the £895 I paid them on completion was for. Nice little money earner for them though, they’re on easy street... Read more

We were absolutely blown away by the service Alison at Resides gave us. From the first meeting she was passionate about getting the property sold and understanding what we as clients wanted. Amazing estate agent (Resides Swindon) very professional, Alison isn’t your average estate agents, she’s there for you as and when you need her wether it’s a Sunday AM or PM if you need to revisit a home your interested in that she is selling then she will get you a viewing ASAP. Very friendly and professional, goes above and beyond and doesn’t charge you a silly amount like all other agents out there.
