Samuel Miles as an estate agents are incredibly professional, swift, and reliable. As individuals I cannot thank and praise them enough. With me and my family being in an incredible awful situation, Ian and Olli, could not have been more empathetic and sympathetic of our ordeal, doing everything in their powers to assist my family and getting us the keys to our new property. Unlike other agents in North Wiltshire and Swindon, Samuel Miles genuinely care for the individuals using their services. I've used Samuel Miles on several occasions and found their service First Class, not only for property sales but also letting a property.
By letting a Swindon Property for more than 8 years and this has been a very smooth process in securing tenants and ensuring payments throughout the period.
Most recently selling the property, I could not be more impressed in the manner this was conducted - attentive, friendly service and achieved the right valuation and sale in a convenient timescale.
Highly recommended.
