I'm sorry because I really dislike leaving negative reviews but hopefully the owner will be able to see this and adjust things to improve in future. This is specific for the Swindon branch.
I recently went through the process of buying a house with Jessica James, and attempting to view the property with them was incredibly difficult. Attempted calls on various numbers found on their profiles, voicemails, direct emails, messages through RightMove, and we had something like a 20% response rate. It took longer than two weeks to get a viewing arranged because of the lack of responses. We ended purchasing this house with Jessica James, and the lack of responses was also noticed by the solicitors in the chain as it got to a point where my solicitors were asking me where our seller's estate agents were, as they were also getting no responses. It made the purchase time increase on the already lengthy process that it is, and so I unfortunately cannot recommend Jessica James as an estate agent to buy a home from as the response rate actively negatively impacted our purchase.

In case of any issues with the property, they are always quick to respond and resolve the issues on priority. They ensured my stay at property was both enjoyable and stress free.

Our family had the privilege of being looked after by Charlotte at Jessica James Properties for just over 4 years. She was always very friendly and as efficient as she could be, given that, sometimes, the landlord didn't see the urgency, or the plumber/engineer couldn't attend any time soon.
She always made the effort to keep us updated, and to assure us that whatever the issue was (and there were many with that property!), she was on the case.
When we moved out, Charlotte was excellent at sorting out cleaners on our behalf, and was speedy at reporting back to the landlord so that we could get our deposit back.
I highly recommend Jessica James Properties - especially as long as Charlotte is there. She's brilliant, and our daughters loved her, and would follow her around and chat with her whenever she came over for an inspection! ??

Jess is brilliant... when we first put our property on the market she sold it in just under 2 weeks.. but then the sale fell through. We were at risk of losing the house we had reserved and it was a really stressful time. Jess however was as cool as a cucumber and pulled out all the stops until we sold again. It was seriously close to the wire but I had every confidence in her. She is very knowledgeable and professionally and I cannot recommend her enough. I would definitely sell with her again.

I could not recommend Jessica more highly! We purchased our property through Jess and I only wish we sold our property with her! What i liked is that she was not pushy at all, she let us view the property at our own pace and only responded to our questions. Our purchase was not straight forward and there were lots of complications but she handled it all in a professional and honest manner, even taking the time to chat sometimes at 8pm for an hour or so! Her patience and professionalism is rare in the market these days. Hopefully we won't be moving any time soon but we would be using her if we did & will recommend to all our friends!
