keep well away from this firm, still cant reveal the commission they received from Northern Rock. They get a firm of cowboy solicitors trying to threaten me with having to pay their costs when in fact this is a small claim, and there is no provision for the winner of the case to apply for costs.. they are a bunch of bullies nothing better nothing less !!!!!!!!!!!!!... i cant praise r.v.hall enough. estate agents that really care and are genuine. i wanted a quick sale. roger bates took on board everything i had said about my property and exactly what i wanted. a real estate agent who actually listens and hears what the client is saying. i cant praise roger and michelle enough. my property was sold within hours of being marketed. from start to finish i found the whole thing stress and hassell free. without a doubt i would use them again. michelle is lovely. they supported me throughout the sale in a way that goes way beyond the call of duty from any estate agent. i really did do nothing. leaving it all to them. i want to say a big "thankyou r.v.hall" cheers roger and michelle. i would never hesitate if i see any other propertys i like and decide to move again i will be straight in to see you about selling my house. ...
