I would 100% recommend Mel Clarke REMAX . Selling your house could be one of the most unsettling times of your life, however, to have someone that seems to work 24/7 answering questions and providing strategies to make a sale possible, even whilst on holiday, was a refreshing delight.
During our selling process, we have met other sellers that have been bitterly disappointed with the conduct of their Agents, from not disclosing offers, such that the agent can gain commissions through multiple sales, through to not complete long paperwork in a timely manner and loosing a sale.
I couldn’t recommend REMAX Property Centre - Tendring highly enough ????
From the start using Social media ‘tasters’ of coming soon, to proactively seeking out buyers that fit with our property - Perhaps this is the beginning a new era of agents !#honesty
