I can just confirm all the negative reviews above. Issues at my property have not been forwarded to me as a landlord for several month, so that my Tenants had contact me, as not done by Louise. If I would have known immediately I could have resolved the issues right away. Its an absolute disgrace. My phone calls are getting ignored. When you call up to talk to Louise Reid they will first tell you: Yes, one moment. And right after you been on hold they say: She is not in the office. Even though they are sitting right next to each other. No wonder the Letting side of this company has no google, as it would be full of negative reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!... Read more

Still waiting after over 4/5 months to become a “priority” when my bath is leaking due to poor fitting/plumbing. Black mold on the wall from it. Manager came out herself to look at it and said “unless the roof is falling” it is not a priority…. Wish I was joking. Had few issues since I been renting emailed, phoned, went in the office personally just wasting my time. Best advice “manager” could give was open windows to air the place out….. moved in to house with leaking roof, bath and hose tap outside but cracking window open should fix it. Overlooking more properties than they can handle with 1 self employed handy man... Read more

Never received deposit back after property was damaged. They weren’t interested in any communication. No proof of checks was made at my property. Tenant was smoking daily even though it’s a smoke free property. Very poor service. Made a big mistake choosing this company to look after my property.... Read more

Stay away from this company!!! They are a bloody nightmare to deal with! Never returning your calls,no reply to emails. Said they will improve their service 5 years ago and havent done anything! Brilliant experience with them, finding/buying my first lovely home after I gave up with other agents! They're genuine, friendly, down to earth, no fuss and patient.
