I would just like to thank the staff at Reid and Roberts for assisting me in selling my property in Mold. They quickly generated sufficient interest amongst prospective buyers and dealt with the viewings professional as I live outside of the area and kept me informed of any viewings

Well, what a team! We spent a long time trying to move house over the past 2 years and were let down on multiple occasions on our onward purchases, but Reid & Roberts were amazing despite all the hassle it caused for them too.
Holly, Aimee, Rachel and Lisa worked tirelessly to keep things going and always picked up the phone. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Brilliant estate agents with great service, Julie in particular was fantastic with us buying our first dream home and was always on the other end of the phone to help. After a bad experience with a different estate agency it was very refreshing to have such good service

Great service. Initially slightly over priced so became stagnant but once reduced the ladies worked incredibly hard to get the place sold. Would recommend agent.

Holly and Aimee have been absolutely amazing at supporting us through the sale of our property. They were always prompt to communicate viewings, offers and keep us updated on any information we needed. They were honest and gave us good advice around the pricing of our property and the presentation of our property.
Buying and selling property can be very stressful and we experienced a sale breaking down after months but we felt supported and listened to throughout by holly and Aimee. We came back to Reid and Roberts to try and sell again as we had been so happy with their support. We have now exchanged contracts and are hopefully on the way to moving to our new property soon! We can’t thank Reid and Roberts enough for their help over the last 18 months. Would fully recommend to anyone.

Our estate agent based in the Rhyl office was extremely professional and kept in consistent contact through the entire conveyancing process. She was our reach for key person when we needed advice guidance or just some reassurance. Without this lady's knowledge and can do attitude we feel the process would have been a time of anxiety. We cannot praise this lady enough and would like a copy of this review to be sent to the head office so they can be reassured that their staff on the front line make a very real positive difference. We would like her to be recognised for her hard work and clear explanations of things we just needed help to understand. We both thank this lady from the bottom of our hearts and would like her to know how genuinely appreciated she is. A real diamond.
