Moved all of my properties to a different letting agent after months of unresponsive phone calls & e-mails. My tenants were upset & not informed that R&R had changed their bank details! All of my tenants ended up in arrears, through no fault of their own. One reported work they needed doing at the property to R&R several times, which l was never notified of. I am absolutely sick of trying to communicate with this company & being ignored & so are my tenants. Just glad to see the back of them.... Read more
