Fantastic service during the sale of my elderly mum and dad's house. We changed agents after the previous firm was underperforming. Peter Sharland and his team were excellent from start to finish. Knowlegable, realistic and authoritative, very good communicators. Not pushy at all and listened to what we needed from the sale. Took a lot of the stress out of the process. Highly recommended.

Top quality service from beginning to end! I unequivocally recommend RH for many reasons; here are just a few from a recent property sale:
1. An assigned individual followed through the entire transaction.
2. Always contactable – they always answer the phone. If necessary, they arranged call back, and always followed through with the return call.
3. Maintained effective lines of communication with the purchaser.
4. Offered very helpful advice when dealing with the purchaser’s “on-line” conveyancers who made the whole process unnecessarily complicated and protracted.

We were let down by a buyer (nobody’s fault) but RH we’re outstanding and pulled out all of the stops to find us a buyer in what felt like seconds.
