I have never spoken to anyone quite as rude and unprofessional as Ian at Rogers and Company. I asked to view a property and he shouted down the phone so aggressively that I could barely hear what he was saying. He presumed that I was waisting his time and has just lost out on a sale. Completely unnecessarily disgusting behaviour and I cannot believe that anyone would want to work with him.

We have recently sold our house through Rogers and we couldn't fault them! Having done a beauty parade with a number of other estate agents, our neighbours recommended we try Rogers. We were very impressed by their knowledge of the local situation, speed and efficiency, and personal and pro-active approach, making them the obvious choice. Throughout the process, Richard and Sam formed an excellent team, always helpful and responsive, navigated the sale through the snakes and ladders of the post-Truss market and got us asking price! And the cherry on the icing was that they found us a rental property before it came to market. We felt in very safe hands, and I couldn't praise the wonderful Rogers team highly enough!

I recently purchased my first ever property and landed on my feet with Rogers & Co, Frome.
When I viewed the property Richard was upfront and honest about how much of a project that I would be taking on but balanced his honesty with the potential he saw in the property. Super straight forward & likeable guy who was easy to speak with & very patient with all my questions & requests.
I was able to arrange different professionals to visit the property to enable me to have estimates of coatings which meant I could offer a price I could afford instead of guess I could afford and then have a hell of a sting.
After my offer was accepted I got transferred across to Sam in Rogers and Co who is hands down the most delightful, helpful ( nothing was too much), attentive & supportive. I could almost hear Sam smiling down the phone and she always followed up her cheery and happy to help with the most remarkable knowledge/ fact finding - just a true GEM!!!!
When I got the keys I got a bottle of fizz and sincere congrats (truly was sincere).
I’ve had the keys a month and all is going smoothly. Diolch o galon - thanks Rogers & Co ????????

Next door's fence came down. This means there is a large gap on our boundary. This company is the agent for the landlord next door. 7 weeks on they have done nothing about it - our neighbours (the tenants) have been in; we went in 2 weeks ago, we were polite, manager was very rude; clearly they are either inept, or just don't care. Avoid.
