Despite being two and a half hours away in London it didn't hinder the advice or customer service Keleigh provided me with. Although Keleigh knew I wouldn't be ready for a good few months, she took the time to listen and guide me through the next steps whilst I was going through a messy separation which I thought would leave me off the property ladder.
After a lengthy telephone conversation Keleigh soon put my mind at ease, and I discovered I was actually in a position to buy somewhere! I was so happy I just wanted to hug her! She even got the London office to give me advice on selling which was really helpful. I truly don't think any other advisor would have taken the time out of their day to help me when they wouldn't have financially gained anything from me at all.
When I am ready to sell and the legal work is done I will definitely be on the phone for help Keleigh!

I used Keleigh Pitcher, now based at the Frome branch, as my mortgage advisor. She was very helpful and professional throughout. She offered sound advice without being pushy, and chased solicitors for purchase and sale when they were being slow. Highly recommended.

Whenever we have let properties through Kate at this branch we have had nothing but first class service. Whenever there has been a problem she has been on hand to fix it and the work she gets carried out is always of fantastic standard. We can be totally hands off and just let her find the tenants, fix any problems and not have any of the hassle. Thoroughly recommend

A brilliant experience from start to finish with Anthony (mortgage adviser). Our first meeting was very informative and he managed to negotiate the asking price of the house we wanted to buy. Estate agents at Allen and Harris did show us a variety of properties and were very helpful but we fell in love with a property marketed elsewhere. Anthony took care of the mortgage application as well as helping with the insurance. He genuinely cared about how the process was going and our family feel we experienced impeccable service.

Currently in the process of buying a house through this estate agents. Communication has been abominable, that’s if they eventually answer the phone. They state they will call you back and never do. The seller of the house wasn’t overly impressed as it took a good while to put a for sale sign up and needed to get on at them. My dealing with this company have been extremely poor, Stewart in particular as his attitude is abrupt and unhelpful and to top it off he hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend this company as a buyer or a seller.
