I have used Lewis Gray for 6 years, they are very professional and great communicators. They arrange and sort any maintenance issues and their monthly costs are very reasonable. When it comes to new tenants they are efficient and thoroughly check potential tenants and treat every property as if it was their own when it comes to checking properties during tenancy and when finding suitable tenants. I would recommend them.

Lewis Gray are a friendly and professional independent Estate Agents, who know Frome well. They were responsive to my first contact, very responsive to getting the property onto market and in the majority gave clear and timely communications. I dealt mainly with Julian and Jody who were great, but also got a prompt and efficient response from Daniel on their behalf as well. The only improvement I would have liked is for someone to feedback more regularly after each, or each batch, of visits, even if the feedback is 'nothing to report or the viewers are not interested'.

My experience as a chain free buyer keen to purchase a property they are marketing;
- Agent didn't show up to the first viewing booked, with zero apology for miss communication their end.
- Late to subsequential viewing and had to wait to him to faff around getting the keys out of the key box in the pouring rain.
- No follow up call after viewings, I had to call them to book in a second viewing after waiting to see if they would call for over a week.
- Once sale was agreed, I have contacted them several times to ask questions re the property / sale details and they have ignored all emails.
If you would like to sell your house in a timely manor, if at all, I would avoid.

Recently used Lewis Gray to sell my father's property and wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Without my prior knowledge or consent they gave the keys to a local contractor to conduct an electrical survey, the mains supply was turned off and the kitchen flooded and freezer defrosted. They were supposed to give me answers as to how this was allowed to happen but total lack of communication from them.

Had a really good experience purchasing our house through Lewis Gray. Straightforward, didn’t put any pressure on us at all, answered our queries quickly and kept us updated with movement further along the chain, and then fought our corner to push the purchase through when someone up the chain wanted to delay. We used The Team at Lewis Gray to sell our house in Frome, we were on the Market for just over 3 months prior to accepting an offer. The Photos that were taken were top Notch, the description was accurate and very well written, highlighting the key points to our property perfectly.
