For me and my family, Rubicon is Keiran McCartney-Jones.
There was immediacy and accuracy from the first moment, and then the service and communication was so prompt and friendly, that I felt like I was already at home before the key was even handed to me. All processes went easy and smoothly and Keiran was so proactive that I had the solutions before I even faced the problem.

Who doesn't hate the rental/buyer market at the minute? It's such a stressful experience, it makes us question if we even want to live in London.
Luckily, I recently came across Rubicon and Kieran, who made my entire experience completely different. You want a stress-free, worth-your-money renting/buying experience? You have it here. Kieran was down to earth and helped find the perfect place - couldn't recommend it more.

Rubicon Estate Agents are an excellent firm to seek new properties. Reliable and efficiency is top tier. I met with Kieran McCartney-Jones. Such a lovely welcoming and warm individual. He made the process so smooth and easy I was so grateful for him as moving is extremely stressful but he took all that way. Thank you to him and his team. Really grateful.

Our experience with Kieran McCartney was appalling and full of dishonesty.
I called and spoke to Kieran to schedule a viewing for a newly listed flat, and was offered a viewing and received an email confirmation and text message which stated that Kieran would attend to show us around.
We arrived promptly for our appointment (around 10 minutes early) and saw Kieran with some other prospective tenants at the development. He got into his van with these individuals and drove off. We assumed he would be back in time for our viewing, but we waited in the pouring rain for over 40 minutes and he didn't show up.
During this time, I tried to call and text Kieran and was unable to get through. I received one response alleging that someone else had broken down on their way to show us the property, which didn't make sense because Kieran was at the property when we got there, so why did he not stay and show us the flat?
Over a phone call with Kieran today, he did not show any accountability for his poor conduct, and repeatedly shifted blame onto "Jason" who I have had no interactions or dealings with. Upon speaking with Jason today (who had no knowledge of the viewing) it is clear that Kieran was acting dishonestly and I would very much warn away any prospective tenants from dealing with this company. If you contact Rubicon Estates and have your call answered by Kieran, please hang up and look elsewhere for an agency that will treat you with decency and respect. You will have dodged a bullet.

An absolute first-class service.

Kieran was excellent. He managed the re let of my property seamlessly. He arranged the checkout and check in, cleaning the property and even did a small repair. All I had to do was sign the agreement! Fantastic and would definitely recommend Kieran.

One star for very slow and lack of response from Kieran. I’m writing as a potential tenant. I viewed a listing in person and followed up with questions over SMS. Didn’t get any response for a day and had to call him to follow up. He said he’s sent the questions to the landlord, but a day after we chatted, he called and asked me to email him the questions again.
I followed up with an official offer at the asking price via email and provided all the details he requested for. He didn’t give me any updates for over 3 days. I had to call him and he revealed that the landlord has chosen another offer at a slightly higher price and that I can counter offer if I wish to. I was surprised as the usual practice is for agents to inform all prospective tenants that landlords have gone with someone else.
While I understand that the rental market is highly competitive and that agents put in multiple offers to landlords, it seems only reasonable as a basic courtesy to proactively inform tenants of the outcome. Overall, I felt that Kieran could have handled the situation in a more timely and transparent manner.
Wouldn’t recommend renting listings from them. If they were not responsive even during the offer stage, I can only imagine how dealing with them could be like since they help manage the landlords’ properties.

I am very disappointed with the agency. Their name has a con in it. We tried to rent our property through them. They kept pushing us to push the price down. When we didnt agree, they put a fake ad with a lower price. I then realized that they had been showing our property to prospective tenants at lower price without our permission.
