We've just rented our property with Stirling Ackroyd and have been really impressed with the professionalism, integrity and effort put in by the team. We actually posted the property with 2 agencies, but in every way Stirling have been hands down better. The majority of viewings were done by Tom Gardiner who took the time to get to know the house and really sold it for us. The photos and video were done to a really high standard and they took the time to give us feedback on the market. The viewings were also well co-ordinated and the communication generally has been great, which I'm sure is one of the reasons they also had a much better hit rate for prospective tenants turning up for viewings. We would like to give a big thanks to Stirling Ackroyd. Whilst Stirling Ackroyd did not ultimately sell our house, they were very helpful to get the sale of our house with another agent over the line. We had a particularly difficult and slow buyer and we approached Harvey at Stirling Ackroyd to also market our property to either speed up the buyer or find a different buyer. With no financial cost to us, Harvey started fully marketing our property promptly (within a few days) with excellent. We had decent interest and footfall to view the house, but maybe our approach to Stirling Ackroyd came too late to find alternative buyers but did manage to speed up the buyer. Harvey and Stirling Ackroyd were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We wish we had marketed the house with Stirling Ackroyd in the first place.

The way businesses support their customers during difficult times is how you know that they are worthy of your patronage. The staff at Stirling Ackroyd Canary Wharf, in particular Michael Flynn and Joy Hyde, were the closest thing to angels that we could have had during the covid19 outbreak. I used the services of Michael Finn and his colleagues at the Canary Wharf branch of Stirling Ackroyd to rent an apartment, and my experience was very pleasant. Anyone who relocates to a different city or country knows how stressful first weeks in a new location might be. So, Michael and company really tried to speed up the whole process as much as they could. I liked that all possible means of communication were used, starting with e-mails and ending with whatsup app, which made our communication easy and prompt. The final check in and handing over the keys was a bit chaotic, but in general, it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend their services.
