Very prompt with all the issues we were concerned about. We’ve never bought or sold a house for over 30 years and all the staff we were in contact with were extremely helpful. The actual sale of the house took place in less that a day. The first potential buyer loved the house and bought it. The subsequent paper work etc. was all dealt with very efficiently.

We used Conway and Christie to sell our property. They came out with hardly any notice, took some pictures and videos which really showed our home as lovely as it is. The property went on the market and they were flooded with that many people wanting to view, we had to pause the viewings.
The whole process from start to finish was hassle free and they ensured we got the best price with a lot of help and support along the way. Sold in less than a week and offers

Every person I interacted with gave me the best service including Sarah herself. They were so approachable, helpful and nothing was a bother.
If I ever came to sell my property in the future I wouldn’t even think of using anyone else and they would be my first call.

Even though I'm not based in South Shields, I would use this estate agent if it came to selling my house.

First time buy through Conway Christie. Staff lovely throughout, however as soon as the sale went through the support wasn't quite what we were hoping for. I know we had a difficult seller but quite disappointed that they didn't do a house check before the release of keys. On collection at the agents, three keys in an envelope with no other paperwork at all and that was it. A bit underwhelming.

Started a renting process through Sarah but unfortunately due to a change of circumstances on our side we didn’t go ahead. Sarah was very friendly and understanding, easy to get along with and very accommodating. If we ever come to move again I will be looking to use Conway and Christie, excellent communication and great staff!
