Very few viewings and we took it from them after about five months. They did try to get us to auction the house but we could see no advantage to this as the price would be lower and the fees higher.

I didn’t end up renting through Andrew Craig but they were very kind and worked with me on refunding a holding deposit. They reached out to me first and had it sorted within hours of me getting back with them. Everyone that I spoke was extremely helpful.

Left my family which included a baby and a pregnant women without heating for 72 hours. Then when we had a major electrical fault in the house we where waiting 48 hour with no access to ligting upstairs and they thought that was all 'done in a timely manner these both happened over winter. Worse estate agents ever. Do not use

The staff are very knowledgable of the market and they know how to get you the best price. Throughout each process their communication has always been second to none. Compared to others they are streets ahead. Definitely my agent of choice.

Just gone on to Google for a phone number and spotted that Andrew Craig South Shields don't have 100% on their feedback. That's nonsense. I've used Andrew Craig South Shields branch to buy and also to rent. I think they are marvelous. Thanks team

Even after reporting a faulty gas boiler and being left 24 hours with no heating in the winter, with 2 small young children, we still have not been contacted by anyone regarding this issue so maybe its times to take matters further, lets not forget you have our windows nailed shut, we almost had a fire the other day and could open windows to let smoke out its a safety breach, not to mention the leaking from the boiler that had ruined several irreplaceable documents, ever time you send someone out the botch it up the case of the boiler is not on correctly, I would be here all day listing the faults, and no body does absolutely nothing about it!! WE WILL NOT BE PAYING A SINGLE PENNY IN RENT ARREAS AND WILL ALSO HAVE THE RENT STOPPED!! UNTIL ACTION IS TAKEN!!

Horrible customer service. Had to view one of the property twice and came back for the 3rd time to meet the landlords. First viewing, the agent didn’t even bother turning up. No confirmation nor message to inform us anything. I had to call their office 3 times asking where tf their colleague is. Waited for an hour and asked us to wait another hour as they’ll send someone else. Had to rebooked the viewing again as they wasted so much of our time especially travelling back and forth to the property.
I could go on and on with this but it’s not worth to go this estate agency. Long story short, we really thought we were about to sign some documents and pay for the deposit but turns out we lost the property. I know there are other great properties out there, but what I am annoyed is that these agents dont even bother to help you nor communicate with you. Plus the amount of time you wasted to just view a property is just ABSURD!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these people. The other reviews that you see are fake. The legit ones you will see will be on other review websites!
