As a first time buyer I was nervous and apprehensive about the entire process of purchasing my first home. However, Andrea Basham my sales agent and Andrew Craig were fantastic in guiding me through the entire process. They were patient, forgiving and consistent in their support and never complained despite the plethora of queries and concerns that were sometimes of daily occurrence during the process of purchase. What I liked most about Andrea and the company was that although they were working on behalf of the seller, they were also working on behalf of myself as the buyer with just as much care and consideration.
As a result, looking back on the whole process there was nothing really for me to worry about; I was always in good hands and they were always going to get the best result for myself and the vendor. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future on other purchases and will more than likely allow them to take on the responsibility for letting my home, as I know the high standards they adhere too. Thank you for everything!
And if you do get Andrea, trust her completely, she knows what she is doing and has years of experience working with various conveyancers in and around the North East; you have to let her advocate and deal with any concerns in her own way in her time, she will get the job done the right way! My mum had a difficult time buying her new home. Some people pulled out of the chain, others demanded more money at the last minute and so on. It was all very prolonged and stressful.
Jackie was outstanding as she guided us through the pitfalls and proved to be a very skilled negotiator as well as a pleasant professional. You are in good hands with her whether you are selling or buying.

Cannot fault Andrew Craig estate agents South Shields. I have used this company for a recent house purchase and with the exceptional help of Andrea this was expedited very quickly. I believe Andrea went well beyond what would be expected. She liaised with the vendors and both solicitors and always can back with an answer for even the most trivial questions I threw at her. Well done Andrea!!!! You are a definite asset to the company.
Would I use this company again ? I certainly would and, in fact they are currently selling my previous home. I wouldn't use any other company.
