Great service throughout the entire buying process and currently have the property let out with Browns. Emma helped facilitate the purchase who was great, kept me informed and helped any questions I had (I had a lot!), Nadine helped me greatly on the lettings side again answering all the questions and provided me regular updates, helped arrange contractors and helped on the management side. Overall everything moved swiftly, and we have a good working relationship, looking forward to purchasing and lettings through Browns in the future. The vibe of browns is its more family type service i.e. they get back to you quickly etc rather than the other typical chains of estate agents you get. Its a pleasure! 10/10... Read more

Can't fault the service, such a fast and what seemed like a much simpler process than most Estate agencies. Good communication throughout.
