I found Chris, who valued the property, excellent he was very efficient, friendly and give lots of advice. Staff from Colin Lilley were also very efficient, they kept me updated and always provided feed back off potential buyers.
Would highly recommend Colin Lilley, they worked exceptional under difficult times in present day circumstances.

Chris Burchell at Colin Lilley is friendly, professional and provided an excellent service once again, having previously sold a property for me. The photographs and film, including stunning drone footage showing off the plot and countryside the house backs on to, no doubt played their part in generating significant interest. I could not have asked better than to have received a full asking price offer from the first person to view 24 hours after the details went live online. The fees were also very competitive, an added bonus.
