Moved in a month ago and Seabreeze have been excellent throughout the process. From the initial referencing and checks, through to moving in I cannot give them enough credit. Unlike any other letting agents I've ever dealt with. Friendly, professional and quick responses any time we've contacted, would highly recommend.

As out of the area buyers we were incredibly greatful for Nigels professionalism and knowledge and the advice he was able to offer us for the purchasing of one of Seabreezes advertised properties. We were given a viewing timeslot at short notice, kept upto date with the developments on the sale and recommended a surveyor to ensure we had all the required knowledge when purchasing our lovely new home in Penarth. Its nice to see a small business thriving in the heart of the community.

I rented my apartment through Seabreeze, Sarah was helpful and friendly at all times, made the process as smooth and simple as it could have possibly been. Viewed the apartment with Nigel who answered all questions clearly, if not there and then he had Sarah call me back. Highly recommend the team at Seabreeze.

Currently renting through Seabreeze homes. The property was meant to be available on 1st of November only ended up moving in 20th. They were saying renovations were taking place. When we moved in the heating and the hot water was not working properly. We complained etc and asked to pay less rent for this first week as a lot of stuff shouldn’t have been happening and they said it’s not their problem. It’s been almost 2 weeks and so called plumber hasn’t come in to fix the heating so we’re sitting here in the cold because the agency isn’t doing their job. Agent came once to see if he can check what’s going on but couldn’t do anything. There are also holes in the ceiling and we complained about that and they said the only inconvenience we had was the extractor not working. The garden was meant to be tidied up but literally nothing was done to it and the shed is left in a huge mess with half of the stuff that we definitely do not need. The washing machine was left in a disgusting state and I’ve been told all white goods were there but when we moved in there was no fridge. They are just taking money but aren’t sorting things out
EDIT: They’re are literally lying in their reply which is even more horrible. Cannot wait for this tenancy end already. As an agency they were supposed to be upfront but they lied about almost everything! The plumber regarding the radiators came yesterday which is a complete joke. They claim he came few days later. Don’t be a liar now! They also claim that nothing was wrong even tho the plumber said the heating and the radiators are ‘a hit and Miss’ and they are making us pay for him coming out to us like what on earth is that. How unprofessional can they be when they even admitted when so called Nigel the director came and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the radiators so he called in the plumber and now the cheek to send us the bill for it. Be very vary whilst dealing with them.

Currently renting at the moment with this agency. The move in date was supposed to be from the 1st November. They delayed our move in date until Monday 20th even after we tried numerous times to get the keys for the weekend (that didn’t happen) so of course, we expected everything to be done.
We moved into the property and already noticed a lot of problems such as holes in the ceilings, the washing machine compartment being very disgusting, the shower/ hot water and heat not working, the garden not being done as promised with the shed in an absolute state, the extractor not working, the radiators downstairs only heating up half way
Our agent came to the property to see if they can do anything, they managed to turn the heat on but the radiators still doesn’t work properly as well as that, the valves are missing
After complaining numerous times we basically got told that our only inconvenience was the extractor not working and they are not to blame
The bathtub also has marks and the sink was left dirty
I do wonder if they would want a property left in that state and if they would be okay to pay full rent
I was shocked after reading such good reviews to only be left in a horrible state
As we speak, we are still awaiting a plumber and contractor for the radiators and holes in the ceiling and it is now the end of the second week
