I am currently in the process of renovating my property and have called a few local agents to get them out for sales and rental valuations. I called out Peter Alan in Penarth to discuss rentals. I met with Peter and although the property was nowhere near ready, if I do go down the rental route I know where I'm going. He took the time to generate so many comparable properties to give me an achievable rental figure which gave me more confidence in the property than other agents just seeming like they were guessing a rental figure. I know being in the business you're going to generally know rental figures in the local area but to have evidence of other properties made me see the figure being said definitely is achievable. Seeing as the property is a couple of months away from being ready this didn't seem to make Peter less interested that he can't have the property straight away. If I don't sell, I'll be calling Peter back out so he can find me a tenant.

Great service at Peter Alan Penarth. Was previously using another local agent to sell our property, but engaged with Peter Alan when viewings were not going as hoped. Everyone in the branch have been excellent and we dealt mainly with Paul who was very interested, proactive and helpful and has helped us sell our property within a few days (although this is still in progress). Would highly recommend

Absolutely awful estate agents - they're brilliant when first arranging the letting but do absolutely nothing after that & will let the landlords get away with murder. We had so many serious repairs that needed to be done everytime we rang to complain that nothing was being done we always got the same answer 'nothing we can do' they can only pass messages and thier job ends there. We have now left the property and they are letting it out again within 2 days of us leaving claiming that it is newly refurbished even though we were there 2 years using the original pictures from before we moved in. None of the repair issues have still been addressed & the garden is completely unsafe. I feel sorry for the next person they fob this place off onto
