We sold our home via sell well. Steven valued the house he took the time to find out our circumstances he went through the valuation process to support the figure. With the house on the market we got frequent updates from sell well. We had advice when required in what was needed if anything to sell the property. After accepting an offer we got regular updates from sell well as to the process of the sale. We received more information from sell well then via our solicitor. It was obvious that the market is changing on a weekly/monthly bases it was clear that the staff at Sell Well have an in-depth knowledge of the market.

We were shown around 7 properties in a row by Julie, she really went above and beyond telling us about the different benefits of each area. As we’re relocating from another city, we really appreciated finding out more about areas
Julie also went way above expectations by transporting us between the properties at the last minute - this is not something we expected and genuinely appreciate.
We had a lot of questions about the properties we were viewing. Julie answered these straight away for us and had taken the time to get all of the property info together.
We’re still considering a few properties but anything else we view with Sell Well, we’ll be requesting Julie if she’s available!

We recently did a viewing with Julie who was lovely and helpful and even stayed longer for another family member to come and meet us to have a look round. Stephen has also been to value our home and he was knowledgable and was able to show us good research on the area, we then spoke to Andrew for mortgage advice and the sell well team are lovely, helpful and patient, didn’t feel forced into anything and felt supported from the start

Couldn’t recommend Sellwell enough! The process was great from valuation & photos through to completion. The whole team are super friendly when you call up and happy to help if your key contact isn’t available. They managed the viewing process well, as that can become time exhaustive if a few of them! Then from accepting the offer to completion Katie dealt with my house, she was amazing. Went above and beyond a few different times to ensure the sale was progressing and kept me updated the whole way through. She’s very friendly and it made the process a lot less stressful, having her deal with it so a massive thank you! Mel and her team are great and again went out of their way to update me out of hours during the process. Thanks to Katie & the Sellwell team!!

The staff at Sell Well were brilliant and full credit goes to Clair she pulled out all the stops with the sale of the house, if I had any questions Clair would sort them out and went over and above.
I was kept informed of progress and not once did I have to chase them up, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sell Well to anyone who needs an Estate Agent and would suggest that they should be everyone's first port of call
